Samsung is intentionally trying to fool the consumers by making claims their TV's are Alexa compatible. In order to be "Alexa compatible" most consumers expect this to mean that we can talk to out Echo Dot's and control the TV. That is not the case. Samsung uses a term called "HANDS FREE Alexa" but that functionality is reserved for only their top-of-the-line models. That means most of their TVs are not HANDS FREE. Pushing a button on their remote to initiate an Alexa command, in my opinion. makes their TV's incompatible with Alexa. In the best-case scenario, this would make their TVs "Partially compatible". Alexa is so popular because it is HANDS FREE. Don't make the mistake of buying their TVs and think you can use your existing devices to control their TVs. They failed my expectations by marketing their TVs in this manner. Shame on you, Samsung, shame on you. Back to the Big Box store to get my money back!

We apologize for any confusion regarding voice assistant capability. The CU7000 TV does not have a built-in voice assistant. It is however able to be connected to external voice assistants such as the Echo Dot. When using Alexa on your CU7000 TV, please know your TV needs to be connected to the Internet to receive voice commands. When it's powered off, the internet disconnects, and your TV will not be able to receive commands. To turn on your TV with Alexa, you’ll need a standalone Alexa device (such as an Echo Show). From there, you’ll need to ensure: 1. Your TV and Alexa devices are added to both the SmartThings and Alexa apps. 2. Your Alexa device is connected to the Internet. 3. The SmartThings Skill is enabled within the Alexa app. If you need further help setting up the voice assistant feature, please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Great quality sound with just enough bass and this speaker has great volume.

I use it outdoors to stream and watch music videos on weekends on my day. Off and wanna hang out with buddies. It's going to be great entertainment with football season come rolling around...

I love how this small unit can absolutely blow my house and have this intense bass. This is actually pretty amazing, and totally worth the money!
We Bluetooth our tablets and TVs to the so we can listen to the games awards movies we dance. So many things we use it for.
This has amazing clarity with good clear crisp sound that's not garbled or dull! It come packed with thumping bass that doesn't drop off or hollow out midway through. The distribution of voice and musical effects is well balanced and doesn't sound throwed off or hollowed out. I would recommend this soundbar 10 times out of 10 times!!
We as a family absolutely love our soundbar we have gotten many good uses out of it so far and our family gatherings and parties have never sounded better and it has held up to everything we expected from Samsung we never seem to ever have an issue with any of our Samsung devices and we are a family that definitely depends on them so much cheers!!

Product cannot survive cold temperatures outdoors. Temperature the product was exposed to never went below manufacturer's recommendation; but our 65" terrace TV cracked in a corner over the winter. Appeared to be thermal cracking on the interior; no indentations, surface scuffs on the surface of the unit. Had a motion camera focused on the product (viewing my deck) from the time of last use through time product failed; no contact on the unit. Samsung refused to support a warranty claim, instead arguing against its customer that the product must have been physically damaged, despite any evidence other than the crack itself. They suggested I make a homeowner's insurance claim, instead of supporting their product. Ridiculous. You are better off purchasing a less costly TV, as the partial/full sun brightness difference is not that significant, from another supplier that will properly support its customers. I've since landfilled this 65" terrace TV, as "non-warranty" repair costs greatly exceed replacement costs.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
