Great Value, Easy Setup, and Smart Control

This soundbar offers excellent value for its price. It's compact but delivers impressive sound. The remote includes independent bass and treble controls, making it easy to fine-tune audio to your preference. The setup process is straightforward, whether using an optical cable or ARC HDMI. I haven't experienced Dolby Atmos sound quality as my TV doesn't support Atmos. However, the soundbar performs well in my 30ft x 20ft living room and looks great mounted under the TV. The SmartThings app adds convenience, allowing remote adjustments for both bass and treble, as well as sound mode, SpaceFit, and voice amplifier settings.

Constantly Disconnects Sound

We use our soundbar with our 82 in Samsung TV. You would think they would work seamlessly together but they don't. The speaker bar consistently disconnects from audio making all sound go silent until we go into TV settings and force a change back to TV only audio, then switch back to TV and soundbar. This happens more frequently when using the ARC feature. I would not repurchase or recommend this device.

Hello DoctorOctopus, Thank you for purchasing the HW-S60B Soundbar. There are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot your Soundbar. First, try doing a soft reset, unplug the soundbar from the outlet for roughly 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. Next, update the firmware on your soundbar. The easiest way to accomplish this would be to download the SmartThings app and connect your Soundbar to Wi-Fi. This will allow you to not only download any firmware updates but also control your entire soundbar on the screen of your smart device. Please also verify that you are running the latest firmware on your TV. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update. If this still does not correct your issue, then do a hard reset. With the Soundbar on, press the + & - Volume buttons on the body of the soundbar at the same time for at least 5 seconds. The LED display changes as follows: White moves from left to right and right to left, and the middle LED blinks Cyan 3 times. Then the middle LED will blink RED and turn off. Very poor and clueless customer service personnel.

Extremely poor customer service. They can't solve anything. Got redirected 5 times, spent over an hour on the phone with them and they just hung up. billing problems still not resolved. Very disappointing.

Not so great

I bought this 85inch tv on promotion to upgrade from my 65inch Samsung what I bought before 5 years. Very disappointed, there is some white spots if the screen is black, remote control is from cheap components and tv doesn't have nice finishing like my old tv. Very very disappointed. All my home devices are Samsung but I think they dropped in quality and I need to change the brand with future devices.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Next, run a diagnostic test. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test. If there are no issues during the Picture Test, this means your TV is working fine. To identify and fix the issue, first, try replacing the cable of the external device that is showing lines. - If the shadows still appear after replacing the cable, troubleshoot the external device. - If shadows appear during the Picture Test, proceed to the next step. Fantastic Picture, awful remote!

This is my first OLED TV and the Picture is fantastic. I gave it 3 stars because the remote is awful. It is the same kind of remote that comes with a Fire stick, which is great for that application, but not for a TV.

Spectacular Experience!

I have an OLED LG that was one of the first produced several years ago and it's still going strong. I was not aware of Samsung quality until I walked into my local store and one of the customers informed me he has had three Samsung TV's and they are still working after 5 years. That convinced me. Purchased the 65" S90C and completely happy with the quality, the sound and the experience. Paired it with the HW-Q900C soundbar and it's incredible.

Best expandable soundbar I've ever owned

Usually add on devices aren't very seamless, rears end up higher than needed, subwoofer doesn't behave properly. The space fitting feature of this sound bar helps to create a great balance allowing for a rich surround, deep bass and overall immersive sound experience

When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight.
