The Frame TV is excellent and I love everything about it. The only problem is the white remote control that came with it. After only a couple of months from purchase, the remote's range has dwindled significantly. I have to point the remote directly onto the tv 12 feet away or less for it to work. It's useless beyond 12 feet. I also have to press the buttons for a long time for the tv to react. The remote is almost a junk!

Hi Metz, I’m sorry to hear your Frame TV’s remote is not working as expected. Please try these steps which may help resolve this: 1. Press and hold Return and Microphone buttons (diagonally up and to the right of Return). This will reset the remote. 2. Stand within 1 foot of the TV and press and hold Return and Play/Pause simultaneously for at least 5 seconds or until a message appears on your TV indicating that the remote is now connected If you’re still experiencing issues with the remote, please also try the following: - Unplug the TV for 30 seconds, and plug it back in. - Try moving closer to the TV and re-pairing. - Check to see if your remote is charged: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery - Check for available firmware updates on your TV: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now I hope the above helps. I love everything about my Samsung products 😍 they are too of the line.
I use it for streaming, gaming, and football it has quality sound - like you are actually there.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I do not recommend this TV. It lasted 7 months and now I have solid black lines running vertically. I contacted customer service 4 times to get a repair going since it's under warranty and I still haven't had someone call to set up an appointment. The last person I talked to "assured" that I would be contacted. Nope! So I sit and watch my old TV that is not Samsung and still works, it's just way smaller.

Try changing channels using the remote control. Is the issue the same on all channels? 3. Press the Home button (looks like a house), select Source, and choose another input source. Is the issue the same on all sources? 4. If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test) 5. If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information) to check the signal strength. I bought this TV 2 weeks ago. Great picture. Navigation is quite cumbersome. TV built in July 2023 with a remote without voice control. Why not? Sure would make navigation easy. Old is new

Use it on my outdoor patio year round and it has truly transformed the space. Seemless integration not only into the area but with all my devices as well. So easy to use! Not to mention lucid sound quality! Volume is perfect! It can get loud but never distorts the music or voices. Great for everything from relaxing outside listening to an audio book or podcast to family gatherings and even parties for the young adults! Love it!
I was disappointed with the overall sound coming out of this sound bar. I bought it because it was a recommended match for my new tv. It was easy to hook up and the control works perfectly with my tv remote. Just wish the sound was more robust. I wanted an all in one so I didn't have speakers all over the living room. I thought it would be better than the off brand I had on my old flat screen tv, but was mistaken.

Hello bdmastiff, Thank you for sharing your thoughts regarding the HW-S50B Soundbar. To optimize your audio experience, please try the various sound modes this model offers. Press the SOUND MODE button on your remote, and then select your desired sound effect: DTS VIRTUAL:X, STANDARD, MUSIC, or ADAPTIVE. When you press the CH LEVEL button on the remote, you can adjust the volume of the CENTER speaker using the UP/DOWN buttons between -6 to +6. If the Rear Speakers (sold separately) are connected, the setting “Rear Level” is supported. You can further adjust TREBLE and BASS via the TONE CONTROL button using the UP/DOWN buttons on the remote between -6 to +6. Press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
