Dark picture. Do not buy.

This TV is truly terrible. Do not buy. The TV I bought 10 years ago had crisper dark scenes than this. And yes I have tried multiple settings and resets to improve the picture. Even after making adjustments to increase brightness, you can literally see the screen get darker after a few scenes. I am shocked that Samsung does not care about these issues and does nothing to resolve them in an acceptable way. Keep contributing to waste Samsung. Way to go.

lwoc, I’m sorry to hear you’re not fully satisfied with The Frame TV’s picture quality. If the image is too dim, please try disabling some of the TV's energy efficiency functions, as these will automatically adjust your picture and may cause your screen to appear brighter or darker than preferred. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > turn off Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, and Motion Lighting You may also want to try adjusting image settings to improve your picture. Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode 1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments 2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments 3. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room 4. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. You can also customize the brightness level of your screen between 0 – 50 to your preference. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings Please also make sure you’ve got the latest firmware version installed on your TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now I hope these tips help. GREAT FOR SOME ONE LOOKING FOR AN EN

My Samsung s series all-in-one soundbar is a very easy to use, easy to install, provides excellent space economy and a great sound quality experience. Don't be missled for It's simple appearance as its sound fidelity and various sound features may impress you, and believe me, you'll be amazed. I can switch from watching movies with a dolby sorround sound feature to gaming with a 3D surround sound feature, to listening to my favorite music on my Galaxy phone connected via Bluetooth feature; definitely its an all around experience to complement with every other home entertainment devices.

Amazing features, amazing screen.

Amazing Television. Not only does the OLED screen look amazing, but the television comes with a bunch of Samsung TV channels and new gen gaming apps. That's just the beginning. This Television does more than I would have ever expected. Worth every penny. The glass like think screen looks fragile but it has a clean, modern aesthetic to it.

Fantastic remote !

Love how easy this thing operates ! Simple remote is the best !! I only have one issue, I wish it came with the 4 screws to mount it to a wall mount !

Great picture, awful functionality

Picture quality is amazing but it is SO SLOW switching between streaming apps. My last smart tv was so much faster and I bought that one almost 5 years ago. Also don't like the inability to pause and/or rewind live TV on certain apps (such as Peacock). Again, older tvs I've owned had this functionality so not sure why it was left out on this one. All in all, not super impressed and glad I got it at a discount for Black Friday

When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
