Great sound & elegant look!

Sound bar works great & looks great. Love the sound. Can still keep it on low and hear the sound clearly during the week. Especially love using this for an all around experience on Sunday Chiefs games!

I purchased the soundbar to go with my 75 inch tv and it has been phenomenal! The sound bar was smaller than i anticipated, but the sound fills up the room! Very happy with it

Hi Watcher, Thank you for your feedback on the CU7000 TV. Please know your opinion is important to us and will be shared with our internal teams. I believe what you are describing is a feature called Auto Motion Plus, which eliminates ghosting and blurring that occurs from fast-moving images. These motion smoothing settings look great on live TVs, like sporting events or parades, which are filmed at 30 frames per second. Most movies, however, are filmed at 24 frames per second and are not intended to be viewed with these features. When turned on, this causes the dreaded soap opera effect. To Change Motion smoothing settings on your TV: Navigate to Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Auto Motion Plus Settings (Picture Clarity Settings). 1. The default setting is Auto. This means the feature automatically turns on and off based on the type of program being watched. 2. Select Auto Motion Plus (Picture Clarity) to change the setting to either Off or Custom. If you select Custom, three additional options are available: • Blur Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Blur setting. • Judder Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Judder setting. • LED Clear Motion: This option allows you to configure the LED backlight to sharpen fast-moving images. No Voice Command

We were shocked to learn after we purchased it that it does not have voice command capability. Our last TV was Visio and it did.

However, they do work with Alexa and Google Assistant. You can connect them to your existing Alexa and Google Assistant devices to ask them to turn on your TV, change channels, control volume, and more. Our CU8000 TV Series and above offers voice command and built-in voice assistants. Decent Soundbar

I bought this expecting it to have far better sound and volume than my new Samsung TV has. It is nice, but I am disappointed with the overall volume. Just not what I expected out of a Samsung product.

To optimize your audio experience, please try the various sound modes this model offers. Press the SOUND MODE button on your remote, and then select your desired sound effect: DTS VIRTUAL:X, STANDARD, MUSIC, or ADAPTIVE. When you press the CH LEVEL button on the remote, you can adjust the volume of the CENTER speaker using the UP/DOWN buttons between -6 and +6. If the Rear Speakers (sold separately) are connected, the setting “Rear Level” is supported. You can further adjust TREBLE and BASS via the TONE CONTROL button using the UP/DOWN buttons on the remote between -6 to +6. Press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

  • Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
