Buyer beware.

Within a month of owning the television it already needs a new screen and other hardware. We have had a horrible experience with the Service Quick company that Samsung uses for warranty. We have had two technicians in our home and no one has done anything to resolve the issue. Inconvenient scheduling, telling us we are scheduled for days we never agreed to. Would not recommend Samsung products after this experience.

The best value, bar none!

Purchased the 65" S90C and it is beyond perfection. I don't understand what the bad reviews are about, perhaps some do get damaged goods every once in a while. No product is 100% perfect every time. However, this OLED (my second one) is amazing and the picture quality is outstanding. I also purchased the Samsung Soundbar HWQ900C and separately, the SWA9500S rear speakers. Incredible home theater! This is my first Samsung purchase, so I am really happy with the quality as well as the easiest set up imaginable.

Slow and cumbersome

I am not impressed. Picture is good but it is really slow. Some apps get locked out and you have to reset on a regular basis. The remote is not easy to use. I love Samsung phones but they really missed the mark on this tv.

To ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates, I recommend enabling Auto Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update. Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. Like a home theater

Our friend talked us into buying this, going from a 65" to this 85". The picture area is 30% greater and is terrific, even though we sit 12-14 feet away. We also ordered a Samsung sound bar, which will arrive in a week or so. This is our fourth Samsung tv, ever since we took our nephew's advice, who works for ESPN, and who said Samsung tv is the only way to go.

Great but concerned

This is the second one, had to warrant the first doe to temporary loss of volume. You had to unplug the Htmi cable and it would come back. I've had thh hu is one and it has only done it once.

Only up from here!

I love it! I'm a girl that loves her big TVs and this doesn't disappoint! The picture is great and I was able to purchase an adjustable mount that makes the TV move with me from space to space. Only thing, I just found out about OLED, so only up from here!

Very happy I purchased this soundbar wih my TV. I have a BOSE 900 on my main TV and this sound bar has as good of sound or better!!

Nice TV - Not Compatible w/Google Pixel SmartPhone

I've had the 65" Class OLED S90C Samsung TV for 2 weeks. It has nice picture quality and was easy to set up. It is very light weight. I like the smallish rectangular center stand base (10.5"x14.5") and would like to find something sturdy to place underneath to raise up another 6". I am disappointed I had to buy a 4K Google Chromecast device to enable me to cast my Google Pixel 7 Pro's screen and utilize my own Google Album photos via the Chromecast's Screen Saver. Google Pixel SmartPhones do not work with Samsung's Screen Mirroring technology. Even my wife's Apple iPhone has limited compatibility with Samsung's Screen Mirroring technology.

When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
