Sound is terrible, had to move a soundbar in this space just to hear it well. Picture isn't as impressive as we hoped. Remote has no mute button. A couple of apps that are a necessity in our house (like NBA league pass) aren't compatible with this tv.

Volume button is moved UP/DOWN to adjust volume, and to MUTE the sound, you need to PRESS it in. If that same button is pressed for > than 1 second, the Accessibility Shortcuts appears. To ensure you've got the latest image and sound quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update. If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting. Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode ...and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments 2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments 3. Eco: Provided to save energy 4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room 5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. There are also several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal sound preferences. The TV is great! Really nice features. I'm watching channel 1029 on Samsung Plus. Oh, I want to jump over to 1404. Wait,,, THERE'S NO NUMERIC KEYPAD!! THIS REMOTE CONTROL SUCKS! I have to open the menu and SCROLL THRU ABOUT 100 CHANNELS. Whoever designed, and even more, the person who approved it, is an idiot.

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties using the SolarCell Remote. To select channels directly by channel number, press the “123” button on the remote to display the virtual numeric keypad. Use the left and right directional buttons to move along the row, and then press the Select button to choose the number. When you have finished selecting all the numbers you need (for example, 123), press the up directional button to move to the Done option, and then press the Select button to finish. To further assist you in learning the various functions and settings of your new remote, you can download the SolarCell Remote Guide directly from Samsung’s website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select the S90C under OLED TVs. The Remote Guide is also embedded into the TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support. It's a great tv but it does a little too much and a little not enough. It forces you to use their home base station vs switching through inputs etc. It try's very hard but can be cumbersome. Picture quality size etc are all amazing. Just needs a little help on software.
Horrible, power board went on TV after 2 months. Did not have insurance, so we were out of luck. We had to buy another new TV. Bad customer service. Do not buy.

Will not work with PlayStation 4, and likely not with PS5 either. Black screen on PS4 input, while you can hear audio. PS4 video is visible in PIP on Recents row and HDMI Connection Troubleshooting, but goes black on full screen. Appears to be a bug in Samsung's Device Management software. Not HDMI cable, or port, or HDCP issue. Same PS4 and cable works fine with LG C9. So this TV is useless if you want to game with PlayStation, hopefully this review saves some people headaches. You can see others are having this issue on Reddit. Tried Samsung support, no solutions, they said they'd follow up but it's been nearly 2 months without any contact.

We purchased this TV two months ago. Today the TV had two green vertical and horizontal lines across the tv from side to side and top to bottom. This is beyond a poor customer experience. This was our first Samsung TV and it will also be our last. Now we have to wait to get it repaired. This should not be the case for a TV that is two months old. It's unfortunate, the concept is great but that's about all.

I love how it sounds and how even though you are far away you can hear it from the whole house
I bought a 43" Samsung. Great picture but within one week the TV would not turn on or react to the remote (even added new batteries). I returned the unit and bought another one. This one did the exact same thing in only three days. Not a Vizeo fan but decided to go that route. Very good choice so far.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
