Great stuff

I have had this this the outdoor terrace 65 inch set up for two full seasons. Sometimes we would find connection problems . At the end of this season , we could not reconnect speaker to tv. We shut down , and are hoping with the long shut down they will find themselves again. No question, picture ,purpose , sound is of top quality.

Great TV

I have had my tv for a couple of months now and couldn't be happier with it. The colors are so vibrant and the sound is crystal clear. I am hearing impaired so I do wish the speakers were on the front of the tv and not the back. The Home Screen is easy to navigate. It also has a Samsung TV Plus app and I watch it a lot. It had a lot of my favorite shows in it. I have owned other brands but this Samsung is by far the best tv I have owned.

AWESOME PICTURE, SOUND QUALITY NOT SO GOOD

THE PICTURE IS AWSOME BUT THE SOUND QUALITY IS NOT. I WILL HAVE TO BUY A SOUND BAR SO I CAN HEAR IT. THERE IS ONLY 3 HDMI PORTS. HAVING MORE WOULD BE HELPFUL. THERE IS NO PLACE TO CONNECT MY SONY HEADPHONES TO SO THATS WHY I HAVE TO BUY A SOUND BAR THAT WILL CONNECT THROUGH WIFI. SAMSUNG SHOULD ALSO INFORM YOU AS TO WHAT SOUND BAR IS BEST FOR EACH MODLE TV.

Love the tv, hate the remote, needs bigger buttons and they are trying do to many things with the same buttons.

Amazing visually but hard to navigate

Five stars for visual quality and three stars for user experience navigating the TV - annoying when a given app stops working. For example, when a TV app is stuck in a channel, turning the TV off and then on does not quit the app. So you come back to the same channel and get stuck there time and again. I had to unplug and plug back in to get out of that stuck channel.

Horrible TV with horrible remote

It's a horrible TV with a horrible remote. The remote is useless. If you want to change the channel, you have to go through the pain of pressing buttons multiple times. The remote has a color button but not sure what its is usage and it is not explained anywhere. Turning the close caption ON and OFF is another pain area. You can set the close caption position but it won't stay. Remote is smart but useless. My ten-year-old remote has better usability than this smart remote.

When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

  • Most freight products ship on a pallet
  • Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.

For carriers that deliver without an appointment:

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
