Received this for a Christmas gift and so far very happy. Great picture and sound quality. Lightweight and thin , which is awesome.
If I could give this review 0 stars, I would. I purchased a 65 inch CU7000 in early August of 2023, and by November of 2023, the tv wouldn't turn on. I tried every troubleshooting trick I could find, determined that it wasn't any of the outlets in my house, but nothing worked. And, I'm talking I spent probably four hours researching and troubleshooting BEFORE reaching out to Samsung. And, while we're on the topic, Samsung makes its VERY difficult to contact anyone about any issues you may have. Anyway, I finally reach someone, describe my issue, let them know my TV is under warranty until August of 2024, they finally tell me that they'll schedule a tech to come out and diagnose the issue and conduct a repair. Perfect, no big deal. The next day, they text me that there are no service centers in my area and they'll have to make other accommodations. Again, not a super huge deal. I do what they ask of me (send them a PDF of my receipt showing the date/place of purchase, TV type, and total amount paid. Thats when they stopped responding to me. So, now I have a basically brand-new 65inch tv that does not turn on, and customer service that does everything it can to NOT be helpful. Mind you, this TV was three-months old when it just stopped turning on (and again, I had ALL of my outlets tested so it's not a power-supply issue). It could absolutely be a manufacturer defect, in which case Samsung should have been more helpful in replacing the TV, especially because it is STILL UNDER WARRANTY FOR ANOTHER SEVEN MONTHS. I love Samsung TV's, and I exclusively purchase and use Samsung TV's. But this experience has made me re-think utilizing ANY Samsung products in the future, for the pure and simple fact that their customer service is an absolute joke.

Picture is incredible. But there is a fatal flaw in the software that Samsung refuses to address. When watching anything over the air, this TV isn't smart enough to figure out that there is a moving picture, and it automatically engages the screensaver every two minutes. There is NO way to disable the screensaver on this TV. And Samsung ignores all their customers who have complained. Try watching a football game over the air on this TV and having a black screen pop up every two minutes in the middle of the plays. It's so much fun. And it's not just this TV. Check the forums on Samsung's own website.

This is my second 'The Frame' TV. I like the concept and It looks great in my living room. The included platinum-colored bezel is a nice upgrade from the standard model. The selection of images is not what I expected however. 100 pieces of art from some of Disney's greatest stories? Hmm. There are five categories: Walt Disney Animation Studios, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and National Geographic. There are 20 images in each plus an unnecessary (IMHO) title card that sticks out like a sore thumb if you select 'Display All''. The first set contains 7 'classic' sketches and 13 images from only 5 mostly newer films (Wish, Tangled, Big Hero 6, The Princess and The Frog and Encanto), . The Pixar set is similarly limited - 20 images from 9 mostly newer films (Inside Out, Coco, Turning Red, Soul, Ratatouille, Onward, Toy Story 4/Lightyear and Luca). The Star Wars set is half Mandalorian and half original/prequel trilogies. The Nat Geo images are nice, but they're not Disney. I'm not sure that the extra $$$ for the Disney 100 edition was worth it for me.

I bought this TV Two months ago and it got a solid black solid line. I keep getting transferred when I ask about the warranty.

So far so good. Great size and colors are far better than my 4 old 75 inch Samsung. The only thing I dislike is that it does not have voice option. A tv of this size and price should have that option no matter what. Other than that, highly recommend.

However, they do work with Alexa and Google Assistant. You can connect them to your existing Alexa and Google Assistant devices to ask them to turn on your TV, change channels, control volume, and more. I purchased my TV about 3 weeks ago. I am very pleased with the television put dislike the remote. It is definitely not user friendly. Poor design.

I bought this TV two weeks ago on December 27th and I have downloaded the Netflix and ESPN app and they do not work. I also have been having a bunch of issues trying to get any of the downloaded apps to work. I have updated everything and deleted everything and reinstalled all of the above and this TV still is terrible.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
