Nice quality picture. No voice control remote!

This is my first "smart. TV" The picture is excellent very clear. The sound is good, took a bit of finagling to pair it with my sound bar (not a Samsung) but now it's recognized when the set comes on. Alexa still struggles with commands. There's no Alexa app?! I recently canceled my tv service provider due to increasing prices. I was pleased to find the majority of the programs I watch had an app so I can still enjoy most of the shows…. but no TCM!! Can you work on that? The only disappointment was that the remote doesn't have voice control I was really surprised by that. I would recommend this product.

Not satisfied

Not satisfied with the product - so complicated to set up. Its Not a simple set up for country outside US. You need to be a tech pro to set it up. Instructions are not in detail. Also included remote is not manageable not other smart tv's remote within theres more visible features tht is easy to read. It has labels

I'm content.

Overall I'm content. The picture isn't as good as I thought it would be (or I haven't figured it out yet). The sound isn't very loud (I expect that issue with Vizio TVs). But it was so simple to install, just a following of the prompts. I could've done it without my nephew's help lol. Money well spent, I think.

Warrenty scam

i love the tv. the problem is on the box it says 3 year warranty. inside the box is a paper stating the warranty is 1 year and it doesn't matter what the store promises etc.

Blank screen - no fix, no exchange.

TV stopped working within a day. It has been a month and Samsung would not fix or exchange the TV saying they are out of stock though you can buy TV from their website. They say our exchange department has a different inventory. Though Samsung is a good company, but just in case you get a bad product, good luck on their customer service.

Sales department price quotes match

Television is great . Samsung Customer service absolutely the worst ever . After purchasing this TV I tried to get same exact TV as the first one I purchased . For over a week they have never discounted . I have been quoted 3 different prices from their sales department . Hour company just lost a lifetime customer . Beware of their misrepresenting their price .

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
