The tv picture is great the speakers are crap i have had the tv a few months and the speakers go in and out

I have a few troubleshooting ideas that may resolve any audio issues you are having. Please try adjusting the following Settings to improve your experience. First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Update if available. Next, the Auto Volume function automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On. You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test. Live viewing issues

I bought this and picture is great. Have a lot of live streaming freezes and forced to power off to get back to viewing.

Whimpiest remote ever

You need to wear your readers to be able to see this whimpy remote. If you have any type of vision issues or dexterity problems....you won't be happy with the remote.

Bright room

Wonderful. I live on Lake Michigan with a full living room full of windows, without curtains. My TV is Wall mount between the Lake and fireplace. VERY Bright, especially with sunsets in the Summer. I studied OLED vs. NEO QLED. And made a great choice.

Fantastic!!

After reading reviews, I wanted this TV. It seemed to have all the necessary technology, was the right size for our family room and fit my price point. A friend with TV installation experience installed for me, and ever since I saw the picture I've been impressed. And the more I watch, the more impressed I am. I could not be happier!! Be ready to get your mind blown away!

I just got this TV two days ago and I'm already blown away. I always have to calibrate my previous TV sets because I got to have to best picture available. With this set all I had to do was choose one of the presets available. Watching Our Planet on Netflix was mesmerizing watching all that fine detail just by selecting the Dynamic mode. No tweaking needed which is awesome. Motion is well configured at auto mode, colors pop, the blacks are blacks and everything works seamlessly to achieve this great picture. I own a Sony Bravia OLED and this Samsung makes the picture look like a cheap unit. Highly recommended and well worth the price, even before or after the Big Game Sale.

Great tv but not good for over the air channels

The picture and sound quality of this product is amazing but wished there were some warnings about its biggest flaw. The tv constantly goes into sleep mode on live tv (over the air tv/antenna). Not sure why Samsung decided to make live tv into an app and causes this issue. Please fix the problem or replace our units with something similar or better that does not have this issue. I've done research and have found out that this is a common problem on these units. Seems the temporary fix is deleting the "chat together" app and the tv stays on without any issues but this is a temporary fix as the tv reinstalls the app after turning off the unit. This might be where the issue lies but hoping for Samsung to come up with a permanent solution. So if you watch over the air channels, please stay away from these TVs.

Mister2, Thank you for sharing your experience with the Screen Saver on Samsung's S90C TV. First, we'd like you to make sure your TV is running the latest firmware version (1319.3). You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV: 1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model. 2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.) 3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV. 4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes. 5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software. Please also try turning off Data Service by going to: Settings > All Settings > Broadcasting > Data Service, then click to disable. After you've turned this off, please open/play Netflix or YouTube playback full screen. I hope the above helps. If you need further assistance, Samsung's here to help. Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
