Very happy with Samsung smart tv, viewing size is perfect
I've now had this TV for several weeks and seems to have a good picture and fair sound quality from the built in speakers.I also have it hooked to Samsung sound bar (5.1) and the TV can send Athmos decoding to the sound bar through E-ARC HDMI. For the price , this is all the TV most people will need.
bought this to replace a samsung tv that i bought in about 2007. great picture, very clear and bright. the remote and the navigation is a bit awkward, the remote's functions are not at all obvious and require a certain amount of experimentation. i run the sound through my stereo system and needed to get an adaptor to convert the optical signal to an analogue one, but once i did that it was fine. the tv speakers are pretty bad.
Bought this TV about 8 months ago and the sound has started going out, not sure what is going on. Waiting for Samsung to verify my warranty so I can get it fixed but it seems way too early for something to go wrong with it. Otherwise a great TV.

You tube app not really good And this tv take WiFi slow.

This Samsung tv works Great I thought it would be to big for the bedroom for my old tv was 32inch Samsung . Fits perfectly
Lasted for only one year of use. Most of that time was spent in art mode. We really loved this TV and art displays but I've never had a TV that quit working properly so quickly, especially at this price point. The right side of the screen has developed a dark shade. I don't think I would buy or recommend it again as this seems to be a very common problem with these TVs.

Picture Test displays a high-definition picture you can examine for flaws or faults. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test You may also want to try resetting your picture settings: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Reset Picture. If you're still noticing spots after performing the above, your unit may require service. If your TV is out of the 1-year Manufacturer's Warranty, you can locate a service center in your area on Samsung's website. From the landing page, navigate to Support (upper right corner) and select Schedule a Service Appointment. This will allow you to find a location nearest you to help you with your repair. We love the TV; however, after almost exactly one year of use, the screen has a huge dark spot on one side. I've tried all the troubleshooting to fix it, but it seems to be a hardware issue. My problem is I bought this TV while we were building a house so it sat in a box for 8 months before I installed it. A year into actually using it and it's not working properly. This seems to be a big issue for these TVs. We don't watch that much TV. It spends most of its life on art display. I'm 47 and every TV I've ever owned has lasted at least 10 years or more. I have one one the back porch in the elements that's 8 years old and still kicking no problem. Even if this was still under warranty, what a hassle for a barely used TV. We really loved the TV and get comments on it all the time. Not sure I'd buy/recommend it again especially since this seems to be a common issue with Samsung TVs.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
