I purchased it during the holidays I love my tv . I'm glad I purchased it
Purchased a few weeks ago for my husband who the TV is never loud enough for. Now, we have a movie theater experience with every program we watch. This soundbar is sleek looking and has a crisp and clear sound. can't imagine watching TV without it.
We absolutely love our 65" Art TV! It really finishes the room, and is such a great conversation piece! Everyone who sees it loves it. Our daughter now plays three hour long YouTube art to replicate it at her home :). (We'll be gifting them one neat Christmas)
Good except for dropping Netflix sometimes. It's necessary to unplug it for a minute and then plug it back in and then Netflix will load I have 5G Google, so there's no problem with my Wi-Fi or my router
We bought this TV a couple weeks ago, and it's been great.. The setup was way and the app walked you through it with automatic registration for the warranty. The picture is great, and the auto dimming feature is fantastic. The sound out of the speakers is OK, but we have it run through surround most of the time, which was an easy hookup with an optical cable.
Today I received my HW-S61B sound bar and was pretty disappointed. It looks great and the sound is loud but there's absolutely no bass..at all. I was leary on purchasing a soundbar with a built-in subwoofer but I figured it'd be good because it's Samsung. I was wrong. I'll be returning this asap!

Hello Tbird781, I'm sorry the Samsung HW-S61B soundbar did not meet your expectations. To optimize your audio experience, please try the various sound modes this model offers. Press the SOUND MODE button on your remote, and then select your desired sound effect: ADAPTIVE SOUND, DTS VIRTUAL:X, MUSIC, GAME, STANDARD. When you press the SOUND MODE button it will change to the different modes in the above order. You can further adjust TREBLE and BASS via the TONE CONTROL button. If you want more bass in addition to the built-in subwoofer, you can add the compatible SWA-W510 Wireless Subwoofer. Also you can upgrade to surround sound by adding SWA-9200S Wireless Rear Speaker Kit to your soundbar. Our wireless surround package delivers 360° audio without the need to have wires around your living room. Offering a more cinematic experience with fewer messy wires. It was not intuitive to push the volume and channel buttons for changing from the side rather than the top. The rep kept using the word toggle instead of push which did not make sense on a remote. Vocabulary is still an issue between generations and different first languages. Please add the word PUSH to instructions.

Bought my NEO QLED right after Christmas. Great picture. I do Hulu live the Hulu app won't open up after I open it up. Some other apps don't work. I have a sound bar n650 nurseries. The blue tooth cuts off some times. Other then that I love the tv.

Sets up easily and is amazing. Have 2 other Samsung TV's and the one I replaced was over 9 years old and still going strong.
I bought S90C 65" TV two weeks ago. The remote does not have last channel viewed /previous channel. Whaaat !?? I would not bought TV if I'd known that. I can't believe they make a TV without that.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
