I bought Panasonic TVs for decades. I've been looking for something comparable since they quit making TVs. I have tried many without success. This is my first Samsung. It will definitely not be the last. Excellent features. Excellent quality. Could not be happier.

I purchased this TV in August of 2023 and I have major picture quality issues. I stream using apps from TV and picture continuous to blur in and out no matter which app I use. Does it on live TV as well by digital antenna. Horrible experience with customer service and tech support. Had to return it.

Unfortunately I have not hung my newtelevision set because Samsung and the Angi company canceled my request to hang my new TV, so my TV is still in my hallway in a box

As my first experience with an OLED TV, I am very impressed with the S90C. The colors are very vivid and there are true "infinite contrast" blacks since the pixels are individually illuminated. The panels fidelity is excellent, and it is amazingly bright for an OLED, brighter than some LCD panels. It is a glossy panel, though, and direct sunlight will reflect off the screen. In an attempt to wow the customer with the small size, the TV sacrifices durability. It is impressively thin, but it is scary setting it up. Make sure to have a second person with you or you could risk bending the display. I wish they made it a little thicker. I heard the S95C has uniform thickness if that is a deal breaker, but that is a higher tier model. The software on the TV, TizenOS, is not my favorite, but it gets the job done. PSA: I wanted to run my Linux PC on this TV; however due to the HDMI forum, AMD is not currently allowed to use HDMI 2.1 protocols in their open source drivers. You cannot get full 144Hz refresh in 4K through Linux with an AMD graphics card. Please be aware if you plan on using this for this purpose (I did not adjust my score based on this problem, as it is not the fault of the TV or Samsung.) No TVs include Displayport to my knowledge, so look into getting an OLED monitor instead for PC gaming if you plan on using Linux. You may need to bite the bullet and use Windows.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
