The TV was safely packaged and arrived at my home with no problems and the delivery was quite efficient. The TV isn't very heavy compared to the size, which is great for moving! I was also pleasantly surprised with the extra features, like the remote access from my phone and also the Samsung TV Plus streaming service that is already included. Overall, this has been a great TV and I couldn't be happier with this purchase!

I love big art however there's only so much wall space that you have so I decided on the frame. I first started with a 43 inch and then went to the 65 inch. Also I love having my family portraits Displayed vibrantly.

The Frame TV series completely transforms your TV experience from an amazing picture with Quantum Dot technology along with Anti-Reflection technology and the Matte Display which really reduces glare. We have been able to have this in a family room that has large windows without having issues. The ability to display artwork or photos on it has really transformed the room to reflect the mood of the day or in our case the season of the year. The flat mount along with a single small wire that goes to the input box makes the connection nearly invisible. We have had people come over and never realized it was a TV until we pointed it out to them. They were amazed by it. The Smart TV functions provide easy access to your favorite streaming channels and the web browser option has come in helpful for streaming content only available on a web site. We also matched it with the Samsung Ultra-Slim S801B sound bar. The Dolby Atmos on this sound bar is incredible and is a great match for this TV The only real choice is what size is best for your room. We went with the 55" to give it a balance of the artwork size we were looking for without overbearing size in the room.

I'm so pleased with this purchase! The picture is amazing! And it's very smart. It automatically recognized my soundbar and programmed the remote to work with it. Just an all around great TV!

I own all Samsung televisions in my home. I love them and I think they are the greatest ones on the market. The one issue I have with everyone of my Samsung TVs and this is a luxury issue but the dark scenes when there's a lot of black background, I feel the picture is not as clear as it is with every other aspect. If I could make one suggestion, it would be clearing up the pixels of a dark black background or darker background.

This is a must buy TV! The pictures are crystal clear which makes the whole experience enjoyable than before. It also has several channels streaming for free, from news to discovery to entertainment. There is something for everyone which I find considerate! I am glad I made this purchase coz I love me a Samsung TV! I totally recommend the product!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
