I had this TV for about 5 months now and it has a great brightness compared to any of the UHD TVs I've had! Definitely worth spending a little bit more and buy the quality stuff that you won't regret to have for years! I originally had a 75 inch but upgraded to 85! I love watching movies on it and I have my friends and coworkers wanting to come over to my house to watch movies and games! This TV also has great responsiveness for gaming as well! I had one small issue with my previous Q80 75inch TV's screen but it was covered under warranty and really a painless process! Samsung's customer service was great and I will be their customer for many years to come!

We purchased our Samsung in February 2024pruor to 'The Big Game' (😉). Amazing screen image for sports. UPS ales non -4K images extremely well. Even 'live tv' looks fantastic. If I had the budget I would have purchased the 8k model but this is an exponential upgrade from our previous model. Thank you Samsung for staying at the leading edge of TV tech!

The picture and sound are fantastic. The gaming hub works flawlessly with my Nintendo switch and Xbox. The remote has a bit of a learning curve to it but is easy once you get used to it. The size (65 in) is perfect for our living room . I bought this because it was a great price and worth every penny and more. I have owned only Samsung tvs for the last 12 years and this is my third. Each time I have upgraded I gave my old tv to a family member in need because they still worked perfectly. My daughter is now using my 55 in TU7000 and it works just as good today as when I bought it and I have no doubt that this tv will be just a good. Samsung is all I buy. My tvs, blueray play, vacuum cleaner, tablets, phones, etc are all Samsung. This tv makes me even happier to be a part of the Samsung family!

This is my first Smart TV and first Samsung. Overall I found the instructions to be thorough and complete and easy to follow. I was able to complete the set up and internet connection within 20 minutes. The media controls were easy to access and function. The Bluetooth connection was a key feature and reason I purchased the unit and it works very well with my devices.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
