This TV looks amazing. We love watching movies on it. I now prefer to wait for movies to stream than going to the movie theater, movie look so much better on my TV!

The picture on this TV is wonderful. Some of the sharpest most crisp I have ever encountered. The bright of the whites and the darkness of the blacks is unrivaled. On top of all that when I'm not watching it. That it displays beautiful art for me.

I never knew that you could see so many bright and colorful images. Made me question my contact prescription and lenses on my glasses. Hi-definition is an understatement and not to mention the sound. The way the sound is disbursed throughout the tv with my settings on 3d it sounds and looks like you're apart of the tv.

This TV was advertised with a Next-Gen gaming console, XBOX Series X, to be specific. So being that is was advertised with a Next-Gen console I, naturally, assumed that it would house the same advanced features to showcase the extraordinary new abilities of the new gaming console (ie.: 120FPS, VRR, HDMI 2.1, ALLM, etc.). However it was and still is an infuriating realization of the inability to fully experience all of the state of the art technologies from graphics to processing capabilities built into the new gaming hardware.

Product has a lot of customization when it comes to navigating the TV. Easier access to places that you use on a daily basis with you TV. Samsung always has great software and it's kept up to date. I look for that and easy access to the items or apps that I need to get to. I have Samsung products throughout my daily life. From phones to TV etc. Set up is very easy with your phone and the steps are easy to follow. If I can do it, so can you. Every person has their own preferences when it comes to a TV purchase and this TV checked all my boxes.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
