I have had this tv for 8 months now and had nothing but problems with the wifi connection. It will constantly disconnect amd reconnect and a quick Google will reveal this is a problem and can only be fixed by running a ethernet cable. This is not a wifi tv only buy if you can run a cable.

John, Thank you for sharing your experience with Wi-Fi connectivity on your Frame TV. This may be caused by a network issue. You might want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 2) If the wireless connection fails, connect the TV to the access point via a LAN cable. If the TV can connect to the Internet normally via the wired connection, there might be a problem with the access point. In this case, try using a different access point. 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again. 5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. Worst tv ever! Picture is blurry, grainy and it freezes. Even 4k movies look terrible. I try to unplug/plugin from the wall. Still the picture looks bad. Called support, we tried to fix it for almost 2 hours of my time. Worked for a very short, now it's back, terrible picture and restarting it. She said call us if doesn't fix and will have a tech come and work on it. Pointless he will do exactly what the phone tech did. I purchased this tv 12/23/23 at a best buy in florida to late to return or replace now. Stuck with this terrible tv.

The TV is fine but the remote control is poorly designed. Difficult 😞 to locate the correct button to push. Very frustrating when I try to get CLOSED CAPTION feature

It was a great picture and television until it stopped working. Samsung sent a repair team who opened the TV and found it filled with water and rusted. They offered to order new parts. However, now that it had been opened, it would only fill with more water and continue to break. Hours on hold, multiple days getting passed to one person and the next. Someone from reimbursements supposed to call 3 days ago and hasn't. We spent way too much money (we bought full price) on a useless TV. Samsung- please reach out and either reimburse me or replace with new TV that does NOT fill with water.

This TV is the perfect size for a Studio/Office. I mounted it on a metal rolling easel so it can easily rotate any direction. The super slim flat-screen is sleek. The colors are vibrant and and I paired ot with a new sound bar for a a theatre experience at home. I watch movies, the news, and music videos. Additionally I am exploring Bluetooth pairing with my computer on occasion. It is a major step up from the smaller and bulkier flat screen TV I purchased several years back.

I use my Samsung smart TV for streaming and for playing video games. The graphics and sound is impressive. I would recommend this TV to anyone looking to buy a TV. This is by far a 5 star rating two thumbs up 👍
This tv is in my living room. And family enjoy having a big screen where they can enjoy their favorite programs.

I had wanted to buy the more expensive soundbar but this is what I could afford and I have been pleasantly surprised sr just how well this one makes the audio from my TV come to life, no matter if I'm watching a movie, playing games, listening to music, it all comes through so much crisper and clearer than I had thought. I was worried the bass would be overpowering like it is on most sound bars, but it's actually set at a very acceptable level. I highly recommend this product
I have the soundbar hooked up to my 65" Samsung Neo QLED TV and I couldn't be more pleased. The sound is what I would expect from a much larger and more expensive sound system. From the boom of the woofers one would expect that I have a separate and larger woofer as part of my system. Add to that the crisp and clear tweeters and you have a great system.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
