Great picture

I had trouble with my sensor on my TV. It went out and wouldn't pick up the remote sensor anymore. So we had to do everything through the single button on the TV which wore the button out by time Samsung go out to take a look at it. The service guy said it was damaged and wouldn't honor my warranty. They tried to sell me some board along with the new sensor but I knew it wasn't needed. I ended up pay $115 for the new sensor and replaced it myself yesterday. Other than that the TV is great, just don't expect them to honor your warranty.

Great picture, good sound, love the features!

I live in the middle of nowhere, and can't even get cable, so tv watching can be challenging. I use the tv for movies and streaming. I haven't tried the gaming yet, because I have to be conscious about data usage. I love the samsung hub because there is so much to watch! The picture is great for me. I can usually get content even when my data is being restricted, which was impossible with my old tv. I am so glad I bought this tv! Great buy!

This is an excellent soundbar for the price.

I use my soundbar for all TV viewing - movies, shows, and live events. I also use my soundbar with my phone for music. The sound is crisp and clear for voices in movies and rich and deep for music. The soundbar enhances my listening experience.

Delivers as advertised

Replaced 85H series 55" to gain size and add better bright room visibility. Unit delivers very well in room with two skylights and increases an already good sound on H series unit. Tested Q6 series soundbar with sub and found very little improvement to the overall sound that was very good on the unit and in a 15x18 room with a vaulted ceiling it was a surprise that the comparison was so good and saves cost of adding sound bar unless upping the cost to four figures.

This TV lags

The Frame is our primary TV in the house (we have another Samsung TV in our bedroom). While the quality and optics are great, the TV does lag, especially when switching apps (Cable to Netflix; Netflix to Prime, etc.) The TV also doesn't always turn off completely. We have to press and hold the "off" button a specific way to ensure it turns off completely. Otherwise, it seems as if it's off but then turns right back on.

Updated TV Tech

Updated my living room TV with a QN90C 65". Crystal clear with amazing color. Having recently added the Samsung "Smart Things" app made set up probably the easiest and quickest I've ever experienced with a new TV. Using the Smart Thing app for set up even included registering my device with Samsung. That was important to me since I have a two year Samsung warranty. The TV easily integrated with my A/V receiver for audio and has several HDMI points for my other devices (Fire Stick, etc...). I substituted the designed base with a wall mount. No troubles there as well. The TV comes app ready and simple to navigate so I did all the set up / start up myself. No need for "Geek Squad". For the record I'm 63 years old and consider myself moderately tech savvy. Maybe a 6 or 7 on a scale of 1-10 for your consideration. Very happy to this point. Admittedly I'm only one month into the relationship with my new TV, but I've owned Samsung TV's for several years and have found them solid, reliable devices. Signed; No Regrets I

LOVE LOVE LOVE.

I have been wanting The Frame TV for years. I cannot say good enough things about this tv!!! I get compliments all the time on it. Whenever guests come over they always say "that's a TV?!?!" because they are shocked because it seamlessly blends into my gallery wall making it the perfect touch. Thinking about getting another one for other rooms in the house!

Good TV for the price

I reached out to Best Buy after receiving my TV and have not gotten a response !!!.. The delivery was fine , the only issue is I realized later the package had a different name and address , making me question the product even though it was the same as my order. This is a good TV with most features , clear and pristine picture. Only issue is the sound ; my living room is not that big and yet the volume at 100 is not that great . An accompanying sound bar maybe helpful !.

When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
