Ordered TV over a month ago and still have not received. Tried to cancel but they said they cannot will not receive to end of May/June. Called several times talked to supervisor and they said they would call back and never did. Where is the customer service?

Watching videos is great on this. Samsung has done a good job with brightness. It's an expensive TV so I would only suggest on buying this if you specifically want to showcase photos. This is a multifacet so it is justified in Samsung's eyes. First-time guests don't realize it is a TV until we put some video on to watch. I have other Frame TVs and for some reason, this one is the slowest in the UI.

With this level of TV, you'd expect a terrific picture, and this delivers great images. I've paired it with a compatible Samsung sound bar for great audio. Not surprisingly, HDR content looks clear, bright, and generally amazing. There are two features which I find to be especially outstanding: 1) We live in a high-rise with floor to ceiling glass on one side. The anti-glare screen enables us to watch TV without needing to darken the room. 2)The set has great upshifting capacity. Twenty year-old DVD's appear full-screen in what seems equivalent to HD. Our previous TV (also fairly high-end) would have letter-boxed them and not appeared anything close to HD. The TV doesn't require a lot of tech support, but from the settings menu, you can request a call. I wasn't sure about a configuration for using the TV's four speakers in conjunction with the soundbar. I used the support feature to request a call, and a short while later a knowledgeable support person called me and was able to step me through a few settings adjustments. Really happy with this set!

This speaker was better than I could have ever expected. The sound is clear, the bass pounds, it was easy to mount to my gazebo, set up took less than 10 minutes!

Great features are colors and you can calibrate tv colors. Fast streaming with no buffering. Samsung should improve and have a feature to watch movies in full screen for the movies who has black border lines on the sides.

This is our 2nd SAMSUNG TV. The picture is amazing! We use this TV for streaming all different applications. When waiting a sports game, like basketball, soccer, football etc. it feels like you have the best seat at the sports event! The sound is great, but when we added out sound bar the sound makes you feel like your in the middle of a concert ! The documentary shows, especially those about animals is a wonderful & new experience. We would recommend this SAMSUNG TV to anyone that wants a TV with a fabulous picture! The colors are brilliant and clear. The TV is easy to use! You access so many APPS for streaming!

I needed a soundbar for our bedroom TV. I was looking for a smaller footprint bit still enough power to not need a subwoofer. The Samsung fulfilled that and more. Great dialog clarity, Dolby Atmos AND DirectX, plus Alexa built in. Topped off with a very robust cell phone app. The perfect small soundbar!

This has to be one of the best tvs I've owned. I am a regular samsung electronics buyer. I genuinely love the picture. In addition with the tv I ordered the q990c, literally the best sound bar I've ever heard.I can say my experience gaming and watching movies has become the best experience it has been in a long time.

I just moved into my first apartment and desperately needed a TV, but I wanted something big enough so I wouldn't have to wear my glasses at home. It's been great so far and it sounds really good. Love this TV.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
