I bought this tv about 3 weeks ago. So far its been great. It's a smart tv with all the features i wanted and then some. I love that i can connect it to almost everything ( my phone, soundbar etc). It has a great picture. It was easy to setup.

This is a great tv with a sharp picture. I would always recommend a sound bar for the boom factor.

Was gifted a month ago. Great sound color and spec! So simple to set up! Easy to add Apps just scan QR code and that's it. I like that ability especially since a friends screen went and he threw it out but because he was unable to clear the memory someone picked it up repaired the screen and the memory and access to the apps which had been typed in stayed!! He tried logging out then changing passwords but he kept being logged in before being able to change.

Most of the time it is displaying art and photos. When it is used as a TV it is more than adequate quality, especially the matte finish.

I ordered this on line without seeing it in person. I didnt realize 65' would be so big! But I LOVE it. Set up was so easy and just walked me through each step with ease. The picture quality is amazing. It looks like the people on the screen are in 3D almost. I have only had the TV for around a month but I am very happy with my purchase. Only little draw back is some shows come in much quieter then others. But I just have to turn up the TV or I should just spoil myself and get surround sound. If you on the fence- do it! I highly recommend.

This TV would not power up straight out of the box. I took over 15 days to take the TV out of the box and try it and now I am stuck with a broken TV. Do not buy Samsung. Their products are garbage, and their support is garbage, and their warranty are worthless. They will not fix their TV and now I am out a lot of money. Had to go thru their warranty department since I was past the 15 days. Setup the appointment and they arrive and said Samsung doesn't cover shipping damage. What a joke of a company.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
