Bought a couple weeks ago and pretty disappointed with it. I have a Samsung soundbar that won't stay connected via Bluetooth. Everytime I turn the tv off and back on I have to u plug the power of the soundbar to be able to get it to work again. I tried optic audio and you can't even control the volume. The picture is also meh for the money.

I have had just about every brand tv. The samsung to me is Superior in many ways. Every tvbhas flaws but if I had to choose this the is only brand I would get. The easy of finding and changing settings and adding and deleting apps is so much better than other tvs. I like there aren4 HDMI and it can connect multi bluthtooth devices as well. Being able to control the tv from my phone is also very handy when u can't find the remote. Being able to reboot the tv from the remote with one touch of a button is very convenient. My only negative for my tv is it continously turns itself on at random times. We have done tried everything to get it to stop. Changed every setting and taken the batteries out of the remote. We just urn it off when it turns itself on. I still wouldn't change this tv for any other.

We bought a new Samsung 85" TV and this soundbar to accompany it. We were expecting a more true surround sound since it has a built-in woofer but it's not as "surround" as we're used to. The remote settings and functionality are a little confusing to use. Overall, the sound is okay but probably better for a smaller room.

Hi TeeReeDee, Thank you for taking a moment to review the HW-S50B Soundbar. To optimize your audio experience, please try the various sound modes this model offers. Press the SOUND MODE button on your remote, and then select your desired sound effect: DTS VIRTUAL:X, STANDARD, MUSIC, or ADAPTIVE. When you press the CH LEVEL button on the remote, you can adjust the volume of the CENTER speaker using the UP/DOWN buttons between -6 to +6. If the Rear Speakers (sold separately) are connected, the setting “Rear Level” is supported. You can further adjust TREBLE and BASS via the TONE CONTROL button using the UP/DOWN buttons on the remote between -6 to +6. Press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to "Standard". I hope this tip helps improve your sound experience. The Samsung Q60C QLED TV is a decent TV overall, but it is limited in features for my liking here are some of the pros and cons of this TV Pros: - Good color handling - Very low input lag - remote doesn't need batteries Cons: - Lacklustere brightness, color - surprised No HDMI 2.1 ports The Samsung Q60C QLED TV is billed company's entry-level quantum dot LED (QLED) set, so it's important to manage your expectations, as the old saying "you get what you pay for"

I use the Samsung TV to play Xbox and watch streaming services like Disney, Hulu, Amazon prime and Netflix. The clear and sharp picture resolution makes this TV a very best product out in the market.

The TV itself is great. Picture is good. However, the remote leaves a lot to be desired I wasn't expecting it to be so lacking in buttons. It is especially problematic for older people in my house hold to use who are not tech savvy or have difficulty with their hands. If have an older family member with arthritis or other issues with hands you may want to check the remote first. Especially the volume/channel up/down buttons. Lack of numbers on the remote. TV 5 star remote 1 star due to other members of my household having issues. It does allow usb and solar charging so thats a plus for the remote.

Love Samsung TVs, i switched from other manufacturer whose tv had all kinds of loading and menu issues. Samsung is great right out of the box with a solid home page to pop right into whatever apps i need. Picture and sound is great. Big issue, where is the picture in picture, my uncle had a tv 25 yrs ago that had a pip button, why is this gone? Id love to have a preview of another channel in a smaller box and the ability to switch back and forth!?! Why eliminate that? Also roku remote has more buttons, samsung has color circles for quick access but no clear way to set them for any particiular app or task. Sad.

I bought the tv because I have always like the Samsung products. Was easy to set up. Also reasonly I bought a Samsung sound bar that was easy to adapt to the tv thru Bluetooth. Sounds great and it work with the original Samsung remote.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
