Worthless junk and terrible support. Cannot even request for support because I'm in and endless loop and cannot get anywhere on the website. I call support and they tell to to cold boot and it will magically work for 3 days. I shouldn't have to unplug an appliances to make the thing work on a consistent basis. Absolutely junk and completely frustrating. Do not buy. Coming from an avid samsung user for years....

We have a decent size backyard and anytime we have family and friends over for a cookout this is one of the first things we grab! It's nice that anyone can Bluetooth to it so if we get tired one persons playlist someone else can grab a turn. It has a long battery life and the sound is amazing!!! Must have for your backyard!

This TV looks great but less than 100 days in the TV has a black vertical bar running down the middle. Whats worse is the company that they send to repair it. They have been out 3 times. New screen and now its a main board. Tech dropped the power board and now that needed to be replaced. All with world class poor Customer service. Never again Samsung.

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
