Minka-Aire warrants to the original owner that this fan will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, excluding the motor. Minka-Aire warrants to the original owner that the motor in this fan shall be free from defects in This is a limited warranty. Minka-Aire only obligation under this limited warranty is to replace or repair, or refund the purchase price, in Minka-Aire sole discretion without charge to the original owner, of the fan once Minka-Aire confirms that the fan has a defect covered by this limited warranty. Labor not included.

Great fan for screened in porch

I ordered this for a screened in porch and everything arrived and worked perfectly! The fan control and remote control are very good and I integrated it with Bond so that Alexa can also control everything along with integration to Home Assistant for automation. Overall, very please and a good product.

Love this ceiling fan

Arrived quickly and well packaged. Appears to to be very well made and assembly was straight forward. Looks great and moves air even at low speed and is whisper quiet. Contrary to other posts, the light does dim, you just have to hold down the button and it will cycle from room filling bright to almost candle light dim. Would purchase again.

Happy not thrilled

Great fan. Wish the light cover wasn't plastic. This is not an inexpensive fan and the lens looks cheap. Otherwise we're happy.

Poor Quality Control

problems with the receivers - took 3 returns to get ones that work, but the lights still cause problems and I believe the issue is also related to the receivers. After 3 returns, I gave up. MinkaAire's solution is for them to send out new receivers and have you install them. Not an acceptable solution since you need to disassemble the motor unit to replace them.

Fan stopped spinning....

Fan stopped spinning. Replaced part. Still not spinning. Nice fan w/ light f it worked. Very expensive considering it only worked for 2 years.

When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
