Have used this grill several times now. IMHO it's a 5 star electric grill but not a 5 star grill. It is slow heating back up once a meal is placed on the grill - so it just takes a little longer to cook. Perfect for two retirees. No regrets about buying as gas grills are not allowed at our condo.

Living in an apartment where no open flame is allowed made me switch from my Weber charcoal grill of 32 years sadly. But this alternative works well. The only thing I would like Weber to change is to have the shield under the heating element easier to access for cleaning. My initial use required me to unscrew the heating element to take out the shield to clean. I have since learned to line it with tin foil for ease of cleaning. Other than that, the controls are easy and the thermometer really helps. Also, I have always trusted Weber's instructions and followed them to the letter for cooking times. Thanks.

This is an excellent electric grill for searing steak, cooking fish, hamburgers, pork chops and boneless chicken. I highly recommend to buy it.

I love it because I don't have to mess with charcoal or gas canister. The grill cooks just like a charcoal or gas grill and I get the same wonderful grilling smell.

Finally an electric grill that makes the grade. Heats quickly to 600 deg and cooks like a pro. Condo living finally has come to age. Love it!

Excellent grill. Unlike older electric grills where I struggled to get temps above 400F, this one easily exceeds 600F on the warmup. The only problem is that because the fire box is shallow (which does help keep the profile of this grill more compact), I seem to be getting a lot of flare-ups. To some extent, this may be an operator problem as I'm still on the early learning curve.

Lumin is a great little grill - easy to use and clean - fits in small spaces - gets really hot and provides flexibility a creativity for your cooking. if you use cooking probes they can enter thur back without crimping the cable. Hold a low heat well. Great for 2 people but we have cooked ribs for 4

Love this Weber Lumin Grill. Compact size but top tier performance! This grill heats up fast and can get up to 600 degrees to grill anything you want from hotdogs to hamburgers and steaks to perfection. The grates on this grill are really great and produce perfect grill marks as well! Also comes with a second pan to replace one side of the grates with and you can use that to smoke, defrost, steam or warm food which really ups the usage of the grill and turns it into a 5-1 grill. Even though this is a compact grill you can easily fit 6 steaks on there at one time or 9 burgers and hot dogs to feed a nice amount of people at once easily. This is made of high quality material that will last a long time and while it has nice weight to it it is not too heavy and can easily be moved around if needed. Has an easy to use knob to adjust temperature, grill thermometer on the outside to monitor temperature and a drip try that can easily be removed. Overall this is a game changing grill for people with small spaces or if you just want an alternative to charcoal or gas grills while still maintaining peak flavor. Perfect for patios in buildings too!!!

I have to admit that my husband and I were skeptical about an electric grill at first. However after a few uses, we prefer cooking our fish and meat using the electric Weber Lumin now! It is so easy to use and clean and we get the same char that we love from the grill. Skip the tank refills or charcoal and invest in an electric grill!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
