This is a great little grill and we use it alot when we go camping with our RV. Have had it almost a year now. Really like the grill. Now I have a problem and can't get Weber to help me it seems. We had to remove all items from our camper for the repair shop to work on it. In doing so we missplaced the power controller. I have tried to get Weber to give me a price on one and asked how I can buy a replacement. So far I have not been given any information on buying a replacemnt. In the past I have had great Weber service and support,but this time it seems to have been a great let down. If I can not get a replacement controller I might as well through it in the trash. If that happens I'll never own another Weber product due to sorry service support.

It casts off a lot of smoke and I think it's because the tank is too shallow. However maybe I am not using the unit correctly.

Perfect size for cooking for two. We use our year round and almost every dinner. The electric model is the easiest to rely on. Constant results using the Weber cooking guides. (I use the "Q" cook time simple guide). (Minor issue: a blue indicator light on the electric grill is difficult to see in daylight, but you'll know anyway, that it is heating.) This replaced our 9 year old Weber Q.

I haven't tried all the features of this grill yet, but so far it grills just great. It's easy to use and has been pretty easy to clean up after use too. The manual said it will hit 600 degrees...well it does and then some.

This grill heats up to 600 degrees in 15 min. It cooks meat faster than my propane Q120. Very well put together and sturdy. The packaging was also great. Its packed like weber is shipping out expensive artwork. Well worth the money.

After a learning curve and some YouTube videos, this grill is amazing. The smoking feature exceeded my expectations. Bought the expansion pack. Can't wait to see what else it can do. Also best steaks I've ever grilled.

So far great for steaks, burgers and anything else you are cooking at high temps. Slow cooking requires a lot of observation. Temperature swings of 30 to 50 degrees makes it a little challenging. Honestly I miss my little Q grill. Best grill I've ever owned! If I could get a power cord I would resurrect it in a second. By far better construction. Would love to try smoking on this grill just afraid of the high temperature required . Not gonna give up yet Weber is the best!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
