I get two sets of directions with the grill and they're both in Spanish not one in American not one page on each page or anything all Spanish. Unacceptable.!!!!!!!!

I bought this product about one and a half years ago I always keep out of the weather and used it about ten times. While putting it away the spring assembly broke off. I called to purchase a replacement part and was told 81 dollars. I expected maybe ten dollars. I declined. I will look elsewhere for my next gas grill

Hi, I'm going to be completely honest here. Be careful when thinking about this grill. Yes, it's almost a perfect BBQ for ppl on the go. But please be aware that this bbq's regulator might go out. What do I mean? I had mine for a few years now, I bbq 2 or 3 times a year so this was an investment especially at the price. This weekend was my son's 16th birthday at the park and the traveler failed to perform. The regulator gave out. Low flame was coming out and they ultimately decided to give out. Would not turn back on. I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed as I had a to cook 12 bubba patties on low flame for what seemed like hours. Honestly the grease from the patties was the only thing keeping the flame going. This was $400 + investment and now I don't know what to do. The part is OOS and now I have a BBQ that is not working, with summer just a month away what can I do?? Please be aware that this could happen to you. I wish everyone well and hope their purchase is successful but please be aware of this issue. I been a huge fan of Weber. I even bought the cutting board that matches the top of the grill and the griddle for the traveler. This is a real honest review.

Bought the Traveler summer 2021 and had to replace P/N 69507 Valve/Regulator Assembly summer of 2023. I am going to have to replace it again for summer of 2025. Because of the design and fit, it takes couple of hours to replace this part. Our Traveler never travels and sits under a covered porch with a cover on it when not in use. It's just the right size for a retired couple. But it is unreliable and would not recommend it.

The grill came in a box missing the axle. It took 8 calls to customer service and two shipments to get the part shipped successfully to my address. The customer service people could not understand a simple two line address. They are the absolute stupidest call center people I have ever encountered.

customer service was very cooperative on the phone but did not ship all the parts we discussed post and screws to hold shock to frame was not shipped with frame and shock can not repair properly

The grill Cooks evenly the cooking grates are easy to remove and clean the grill collapses slowly and is easy to move about. The grease tray is easy to remove and clean .

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
