This grill is a welcome upgrade.. we've had the Coleman version of this grill and the front leg broke, it's hard to clean after cooking, and it's complicated to carry.. this grill is sturdy, very easy to clean and it cooks great. It's also very easy to move from one place to the other. The only con is that it doesn't a have separate burner for the grates

It is just an ok grill. It gets hot, but once food is put on it can never reach very hot temp. The regulator issue was a the biggest issue and shows just how low quality the Weber has become. My first Weber lasted me 20 years. This one won't make it 5 even with the new regulator on its SECOND year. Quite disappointed and will think 3 times before replacing it with another Weber.

This BBQ was a great investment. It is our second BBQ because we run a vacation home. We use this one as our personal BBq and plan to take it camping on the West Coast later this year. It is easy to hook up, heats quickly and extremely easy to clean. I recommend this BBq to anyone who needs a smaller, mobile BBq. Perfect for camping and balconies.

We're happy with this grill. We got it to use in our small garden as we wanted to avoid having a large grill taking up space. This one folds away nicely and is perfect size for a small family. We love that it cleans easily.

This grill is super. I downsized to this grill because my old one was too large for just two people and took up too much patio space. The old one also had a tendency to overheat without being able to control it. This one is easily controlled and has performed well so far using it 2 or 3 times a week. I like the feature of being able to fold it up and store it between uses. The grates clean easily and I purchased one griddle insert that works well for searing and keeping basting sauces warm. It was a bit difficult to connect this to a larger propane tank since it is geared for the small gas tank, but quick disconnect adapters were located and are working well. The nice feature too is its portability if needed, and being able to connect the small propane cylinder if I run out of gas in the big tank. Cleaning is easy—be sure to buy Weber brand if you add a grill plate. They are enamel coated and clean easily, but cheaper brands are not coated and are difficult to clean.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
