Won't ever buy anything , but Weber. Had one 20 yrs ago & after about 5 yrs it wasn't putting out any flames, got ahold of Weber & that's when I found out that every part is guaranteed for life, they sent me the new tubes with the holes in it plus a new starter just in case

There are apparently two grills labeled as "Traveller" and I bought the wrong one!! One is for RV use (that hooks directly to your rig) & another same named grill that uses the little LP cans. Why Weber used the same name for two different grills and now I am stuck with the wrong grill. Weber would not exchange it.

We bought this cool little grill to take on road trips with our travel trailer. It has worked great for most of the time. We bought the griddle for it so we could make "smash" burgers. Then, recently it failed to ignite. After going through all the troubleshooting it was determined that the regulator has failed. We've been waiting on a warranty replacement for a few weeks now and it looks like it's going to be a few more weeks. I would suggest Weber find a reliable supplier for the Traveler series regulator. Don't let this stop you from getting one of these. Our other, Weber Spirit, gas grill has worked perfectly for 6 or 7 years now. I'm counting on you, Weber. Then I'll come back and give the Traveler the 5 stars it deserves.

I have several Weber products , they are all excellent quality. Unfortunately after only one month the traveller is not working. After six barbeques the regulator is not working. After calling the company, they agreed to replace the regulator however it is on backorder and not available for three months. I still got excellent customer service in that they sent me a small barbeque to use while I wait. So no complaints here. Just some inconvenience because of availability.

I own multiple grills, including several Weber Baby Q grills. Bought this grill to use for office cookouts to replace an older grill I was hauling around with a hitch hauler. It fits in the bed of the truck under the bed cover. Collapses down to a very small footprint for storage. I can cook a lot of hamburgs and hot dogs with this baby. It was expensive but very well worth it. Very easy to move from truck to picnic areas. Works well on a 1 lb propane bottle or a larger tank with hose. Cooks evenly. Fairly easy to clean.

I have only used it a couple of times because the gas valve is bad and Weber will not have any replacements until April

I love this Traveler. I use it at my CONDO as a primary grill, and I know that Weber is my brand and will use only their product from now on. I am recomending it to all my friends that are shopping for a similar product, nothing may compare to it and if I will upgrade my grilling Weber is the brand, quality durability and conveniance is the best on the market.

We loved the grill. But it broke after only few uses. We bought it in May and lasted to September. The customer service has been responsive. They are sending a new Valve/Regulator. Unfortunately it's out of stock. And they are not sure when it will be back in stock. So, I don't know when I will receive this replacement part. Also, I have to repair it myself. Hoping it will work. Not great.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
