We've had this 3 burner grill for a couple years now, and couldn't be happier with it. Features I like include the pull-out tank holder, the deep side drawers, and the internal and control lighting. Never had a problem starting it. Clean-up is fine since I use silicone grill mats. The infrared grates under the grill work well so I don't get flare ups.

I've had my 4Burner Infrared Gas Grill and will never cook on anything but this type technology. Those rating the Infrared Gas Grill by Char-Broil Grill less than excellent, Might not have much experience with Grilling on a Gas Grill, Just Sayin! :)

I have been using the grill for a year now and am sorry I purchased it. The food sticks to the metal grates. It is made of a cast iron that the food sticks to especially hamburger, and chicken . I have had to use the copper mats like you see on TV just to be able to cook on the grill. I can not recomment this grill and Char-broil should make a replacement grate to eliminate this problem.

We're very sorry to hear this. Have the cooking grates been seasoned? Seasoning the grates with canola oil will also help to keep food from sticking and prevent rust. Please give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 and we will be able to provide more information.

Now that I have had this grill for a year, a follow up review is in order. Unfortunately I am again unable to give this grill more than 2 stars. I have since gotten some advice from another BBQ source to reduce the amount of smoke, which is to lower heat level, and light only one burner. Still get the smoke but not as bad, and it happens with fully thawed meats. But more disappointing is the product durability. As mentioned in my first review, the Tents had to be replaced 3 times. The current Tents buckled as well so I just live with it, since it is apparent the item can't withstand the heat. In addition, Charbroil also had to replace the handles on the grill, the doors, drawers, and frig. All have pitted. This past week I noticed the grates have now rusted and the coating has come off. Now perhaps this has to do with where I live in Florida? Not really sure, but nevertheless it is disappointing. Again, this is my experience and yours maybe different based on where you live, but I can not in good conscience recommend this product.

We purchased the 3 burner grill and stand alone burner for our outdoor kitchen. The grill and burner are excellent. Grill holds heat, cooks evenly throughout and the burner is awesome. My only complaint are the grill covers. they do not cover the back and this allows rain water to pour into the grill and grill and burner cabinet. It would be great if Char-Broil offered a cover the actually covered the grill

Great barbecue! Cooks meat fast and even. No flare ups like other grills I have owned. Very nice looking, quality is high. It has a built in look without having to build a cabinet like other built in barbecues.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
