I want to write this review because I truly enjoyed this product, but I'm very very disappointed with the rust that starting on the powder coated sections at the base. The unit is beautiful. Well put together however I think some of the materials used were not stainless steel and a huge mistake. I live in Arizona where I don't get much rain or moisture however, just from cleaning the outside of this unit, I have a lot of rust starting to appear. It's very disappointing to find out that there is no warranty for something like this. According to the website, it's only one year. This should be something that would be covered. Please keep it in mind when you're considering purchasing any of the outdoor, they will rust. And if you live in a humid area or climate, it will happen much faster. I would welcome a phone call from charbroil to try and resolve this issue.

Had this for 4 years, and the inside totally rusted out including the base, doors and walls. If meant for outdoors, it should not have been made with steel panels that would rust.

I purchased this outdoor kitchen sink, was already assembled just needed to add the faucet super easy to install. Super convenient for out door use. love that it comes with an outlet for my margaritas.. Packaging was a bit heavy but packaged very well, need two people to move.

The module is a perfect size for our space, is very attractive and will allow us to have an outdoor sink and some storage space. HOWEVER, it would have been helpful if the description mentioned it was set up to hook to a garden hose for the water supply, and drainage to wherever... We were able to (carefully) increase the faucet hole through the granite to accommodate a hot/cold faucet, and cut the back panel to allow for a drain into the home drainage system.

A sink and cutting board, cooler, pull out trash can and more storage is just what we needed. Fitting it all in a 50 inch space, well that makes a pretty nice package. Since it's pretty much all assembled as received just install the faucet and connect a water line, drain, power source and done.

Hi Tim. CharBroil Medallion allows for adding additional modules. At this time, there is no module that is simply a countertop. Closest would be the refrigerator module.

Asked by Roger | Answered by WesleyHi Loretta. The Char-Broil Medallion Entertainment module can be drained however you choose. Char-Broil recommends connecting it to a sanitary sewer. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
