Warranty
Memphis products manufactured by Memphis Wood Fire Grills carry a seven (7) year limited warranty from the date of purchase by the original owner against defects in material and workmanship. Electronic and electrical components carry a three (3) year replacement warranty when subjected to normal residential use. Limited Warranty does not apply to burn pot, meat probe, grill cover gaskets or damage caused by corrosion. The meat probe is under Warranty for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Labor not included.

I had high hopes for the Memphis when we replaced our Traeger. The ability to have direct fire was a huge attraction. So. The good and the bad after almost 2.5 years of ownership. When we first received it, I made a mistake putting it together and ended up knocking a rivet out of the cart where the shelf is held. Support was kind enough to send me some more to fix it when I called to let them know the meat thermometer was off by roughly 100 degrees. After troubleshooting over the phone the tech sent me a new thermometer. That does not work either and is having the same problem, thus meaning I need to call them again to have a new board sent out and I need to take the back off the unit again and replace it. Build quality? Cart doors don't properly shut on a single digit incline that looks flat. Grates on par with my Kamado Joe and after 600 degree burnout one is warped. Love the large dual pellet hopper. But, the thin metal makes me super sad for the unit.. Cook? For about the first 6 months it cooked incredibly well, but wastes a lot of unused pellets. Held the temp very well and still kind of does. Now? I clean it constantly to make sure the burn pot and dust is vacuumed out, and inside wiped down and it overheats every start up. Once you play the hood game and get the temp down it holds well, but now blows black soot all over the food and no I don't put it on til it is at temp (which is a process now). I take it completely apart when I clean it and I don't know what else I can do. --I Know call them and work with support. Again, I pay for premium product to not have to take time off work to do stuff like this. Most likely this will get put on the curb with a free sign and I will just get a Traeger again. I very much regret buying it. BUT... I will keep the multi-tool. That is a genius piece of kit. Disgusted and embarrassed to have spent so much for something that I will be throwing out. Sad, it had a lot of promise.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
