Upgraded Sear Zone, Prep & Serve Table, & More
Introducing the newly designed GENESIS S-335 grill that allows you to prep, sear, and serve everything outside, where the party is. The newly designed GENESIS gas grill features our largest and hottest sear zone, with secondary cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all grilled and served at the same time. Once food is ready, easily transfer it to the large prep & serve table, making for a seamless prep-to-serve grilling experience. The grease management system got a facelift as well: the removable drip pan is now attached to the grease tray for seamless cleanup, with an included scraper just for good measure.
Updated Control Panel: Cleaner Look, Better Precision
Looks aren't everything, but they sure help. The newly designed Weber GENESIS S-335 gas grill sports a revamped control panel, starting with a slight angle for modern aesthetics and ease of use. The burner knobs follow suit, swapping the plastic construction from Weber Genesis II for metallicized knobs that lend a premium feel, not to mention greater durability. As a bonus, each knob is notched with small-spaced tick marks for more precise flame control. That finally brings us to the T-bar handle, which is shaped for easy gripping, opening, and closing from any angle. And speaking of angles, the T-handle's 90-degree corners enhance the modern look of Weber GENESIS gas grills.
Side Burner
Saute vegetables, boil corn, or heat up sauces with the 12,000 BTU side burner.
Integrated Grill Locker
A solution to all your grilling storage needs, the grill locker fits WEBER CRAFTED grillware, as well as your large grilling tools
Taller, Bolder Grill Lid
Weber increased the height of these grill lids, a welcome change that goes beyond pure aesthetics. New GENESIS grills can fit rotisseries up to 10 in diameter without removing the top grate. It seems like a small detail, but it's just one more way the next generation of Weber GENESIS grills improve your outdoor cooking experience.
The Ultimate Versatility of WEBER CRAFTED Grillware
At this point, it would be fair to wonder if there was anything the Weber GENESIS S-335 propane grill is incapable of doing. Well, we have some big news on that front: compatibility with WEBER CRAFTED Outdoor Kitchen Collection grillware allows you to cook food never thought possible on a gas grill. Roast, bake, sear, steam, and even stir-fry by simply replacing the standard grate with any of the custom-fit grillware! And with the Weber GENESIS S-335 gas grill, you are already one step closer to the full backyard culinary experience thanks to the frame kit being built in (though the grillware itself is sold separately).
Upgraded Caster Wheels
Weber reimagined everything for the new GENESIS grills, all the way down to the wheels. They've been upgraded to metal, rubber tread casters, as opposed to the pair of plastic locking casters on Genesis II grills. The rubber tread guarantees smooth transport, sturdier materials improve longevity, and the push-down lock mechanism lets you secure your grill in place with minimal effort.
Longer Warranty
Any Weber warranty, coupled with the company's outstanding track record of customer service, brings major peace of mind for backyard grillers. That being said, Weber extended their limited warranty to 12 years on the new GENESIS grills, as opposed to a 10-year period for Genesis II. Now THAT's peace of mind!

Same issues as before constant flare ups from any grease that drops onto bars this version is even more difficult to clean because of all the grooves in the lower bars and the grease trap at the bottom is almost as thin as paper should be much better for the price

We understand your concern about the constant flare-ups, and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. While flare-ups can never be eliminated completely, we highly recommend cleaning your grill periodically, especially the grates and flavorizer bars. If using a marinade, get as much excess liquid off as possible before putting the food on the grill. If using a sauce, wait until the last 5-10 minutes to apply. We hope this information helps. We appreciate your feedback and will pass it along to the appropriate team. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you need further assistance. You can also visit our YouTube page and social media pages for grilling guides, videos, and recipes. Thank you!
Purchased this grill to replace and old E-310 that needed extensive parts. Should have gone ahead and gotten replacement parts if we could. First, as others have pointed out it is open under the shelves exposing wires and the gas line and making an easy entrance for animals. This is also a HUGE safety concern as a small child could easily reach in and grab things as well as touch the cook box and get burned! Come on Weber, fix this safety issue! Very poor design. And retrofit all past grills made like this to prevent accidents!!!!! We are also not happy this does not include the tank level gauge. For the price paid over other grills, and what should be a Weber selling point, it should be included. The build quality has also gone down hill. Where they used to use screws they now use plastic push pins for assembly. Cheaper than screws and probably will not last. Although it does make for a little easier assembly it makes the grill seem cheap. Also when I tried to register the grill online, the web site would not recognize my serial number. So of course when I called customer service I was connected to a person I could barely understand. Weber has apparently out sourced their customer service. I really do not expect this grill to last as long as our last Weber grill and am finding it VERY hard to recommend Weber anymore since they have cheapened it up in quality and have apparently out sourced their customer service. We really wish we had looked at other grills before this purchase but were going by past Weber quality, which we see now may have been a mistake.
No complaints over here ! It's my first Webber BBQ and it works great , heats evenly , and grills a perfect steak ! We love it .

Weber has provided 25 years so far of BBQ foods for me, with two units, now a third gas grill will keep providing the superb flavors I cherish.
Love this grill except that the push button starter has already quite working and we've only had the grill for just over 1 year.

Your feedback means a lot to us. So sorry to hear about the issue with the igniter. We are here to help. Please look for an outreach email from our Care team soon. Thank you
This is my first grill and I did a lot of research on brands, models, and so on. I love this grill. It was easy to setup and had no issues with shipping or unboxing. I bought the black grates separately as well as the griddle attachment which add value and provide different uses. No complaints. 5 stars. Here's hoping it lasts a long time.
The grill is fine. I'm livid at how they handled my grill insert. I received a griddle insert as a gift. A Weber representative told the guy it was the right griddle for my grill. Turns out it wasn't and they won't do anything to rectify the situation. Now I'm stuck with a griddle that I don't want and can't use with my grill. Not at all pleased with Weber's response to this issue.
Very nice grill. I assembled it myself but haven't had a chance to use it yet. If it's anything like my other grill I'm sure I'll like it. The only thing I wish it had is a propane bottle scale like my E-310 model.
We were excited by our new grill - it was replaced a ten + year old Spirt grill. The heft and overall quality of the Genesis line was impressive. However, several issues arose and we returned the grill. The first is that it was damaged -- one of the flanges on the handle was badly broken. It arrived missing several parts - a heat diffuser (favorizer bar) and the grease collection pan. Weber customer service sent it replacement parts very quickly. But the persistent problem was that the electronic lighter did not work. The battery was fine, it produced a spark, but it would not ignite the gas. The gas flow was fine - it could light with a match. Finally there were large gaps on either side of the grill that permitted rain to flood the storage cabinet beneath the grill body including filling the grease trap. All in all we decided to return the grill to the retailer before we ever used it. We replaced it with a new Spirit - E-425. Which is very nice, the difference in weight and finish of the two are obvious - but the Spirit's ignition system works, all parts were here and it was undamaged. Unlike the old Spirit which did not take on rain - the new Spirit does have a gap in the back of the cabinet that allows the rain is. So a cover will be required for this model.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
