Upgraded Sear Zone, Prep & Serve Table, & More
Introducing the newly designed GENESIS S-335 grill that allows you to prep, sear, and serve everything outside, where the party is. The newly designed GENESIS gas grill features our largest and hottest sear zone, with secondary cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all grilled and served at the same time. Once food is ready, easily transfer it to the large prep & serve table, making for a seamless prep-to-serve grilling experience. The grease management system got a facelift as well: the removable drip pan is now attached to the grease tray for seamless cleanup, with an included scraper just for good measure.
Updated Control Panel: Cleaner Look, Better Precision
Looks aren't everything, but they sure help. The newly designed Weber GENESIS S-335 gas grill sports a revamped control panel, starting with a slight angle for modern aesthetics and ease of use. The burner knobs follow suit, swapping the plastic construction from Weber Genesis II for metallicized knobs that lend a premium feel, not to mention greater durability. As a bonus, each knob is notched with small-spaced tick marks for more precise flame control. That finally brings us to the T-bar handle, which is shaped for easy gripping, opening, and closing from any angle. And speaking of angles, the T-handle's 90-degree corners enhance the modern look of Weber GENESIS gas grills.
Side Burner
Saute vegetables, boil corn, or heat up sauces with the 12,000 BTU side burner.
Integrated Grill Locker
A solution to all your grilling storage needs, the grill locker fits WEBER CRAFTED grillware, as well as your large grilling tools
Taller, Bolder Grill Lid
Weber increased the height of these grill lids, a welcome change that goes beyond pure aesthetics. New GENESIS grills can fit rotisseries up to 10 in diameter without removing the top grate. It seems like a small detail, but it's just one more way the next generation of Weber GENESIS grills improve your outdoor cooking experience.
The Ultimate Versatility of WEBER CRAFTED Grillware
At this point, it would be fair to wonder if there was anything the Weber GENESIS S-335 propane grill is incapable of doing. Well, we have some big news on that front: compatibility with WEBER CRAFTED Outdoor Kitchen Collection grillware allows you to cook food never thought possible on a gas grill. Roast, bake, sear, steam, and even stir-fry by simply replacing the standard grate with any of the custom-fit grillware! And with the Weber GENESIS S-335 gas grill, you are already one step closer to the full backyard culinary experience thanks to the frame kit being built in (though the grillware itself is sold separately).
Upgraded Caster Wheels
Weber reimagined everything for the new GENESIS grills, all the way down to the wheels. They've been upgraded to metal, rubber tread casters, as opposed to the pair of plastic locking casters on Genesis II grills. The rubber tread guarantees smooth transport, sturdier materials improve longevity, and the push-down lock mechanism lets you secure your grill in place with minimal effort.
Longer Warranty
Any Weber warranty, coupled with the company's outstanding track record of customer service, brings major peace of mind for backyard grillers. That being said, Weber extended their limited warranty to 12 years on the new GENESIS grills, as opposed to a 10-year period for Genesis II. Now THAT's peace of mind!

Customer Reviews
Well built. Very even heat distribution and cook. Very happy with this grill. Worth every penny.
My previous Weber (from around 2015) had a much heavier lid and heat transfer plates, I thought, and so I think Weber is thinning the metal out. I'd rather pay more for a more solid lid and box. The grill lights up reliably and the first few sessions, the meat turned out just fine. I think it's a good grill. It cleans up nicely because of the stainless steel, and seems to be an easy, maintainable grill. The one thing that really concerns me though, is the heat transfer plates get red hot, and I mean RED hot and I think that could become a huge fire hazard, so do NOT leave your grill unattended.
I had my 1st Weber for many years. I trust there products & look forward to many year with my new Weber.
The grill is awesome! The stainless steel grates are much easier to clean than my previous model. The grill heats up to 550, which is more than adequate for anything I need to grill. Heat is distributed well and the heavy-duty lid keeps the heat in well.
I have been waiting a month to get a resolution to my grill blowing up in my face for a resolution from Weber and Ace Hardware. Just delays and excuses, not to mention the subtle insinuation that I did something wrong even though i didn't build the grill as Ace Hardware did.

Got it home only to find there was no tank gauge! Seriously?

We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the removal of the tank scale assembly. Our team will be happy to reach out to you to help ease your mind. Please be on the lookout for our email when you get a chance. Thank you, and we appreciate your continued support!
When the unit functioned, it was awesome! About six months into ownership a leak developed. I contacted customer service and they responded via email and asked for pictures. I sent a picture of the leaking part and they agreed to send a replacement part. The part they sent was not the part that was leaking nor the part that was in the picture! I contacted customer service again, and they identified the correct part. That part has been on backorder for almost a month now. We have been unable to use the grill for several months. Disappointed in the quality and the care provided by customer service.
Works great! Lights easily. Burns hot as needed. I will see how it does on a windy day!
This is my third Weber grill. The last one lasted 20 years with a few replacement parts along the way. I gave it to someone who is going to replace the gas outlet and it will probably last longer!
Had the genesis s 335 for 14 years and frame rusted out. Up until then it still cooked like a beast. Found this on a good deal and does not produce a cool like old one did. Disappointed

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
