Fit and finish is excellent. I have not had a chance to cook on this grill yet, but did a burn in and everything works great. I bought this for RV camping. I own many other Weber grills and products and they are all great products.

I bought this Weber Traveler grill about 1 1/2 yrs ago along with a Weber griddle. Have put it up for sale as it (1) does not get hot enough to sear (as advertised) steaks or burgers; and (2) does not get hot enough to allow for grilling of meat and simultaneous use of griddle for cooking pan cakes or veggies. Extremely long heat-up time. Love my other Weber grills, both charcoal and gas and have used such exclusively for over 40 years.

We appreciate your valuable feedback and we are very surprised to hear your grill is not getting hot. We are here to help. If you are using your grill with the adapter hose to a larger 20 lb. refill/exchange LP tank, it sounds like your grill may be in a safety mode known as “bypass." What’s happening is that the regulator thinks there’s a gas leak, so it reduces the pressure. Follow these instructions to reset the bypass safety mode. This is also the way you would want to start your grill each and every time. Open the lid Make sure the control knob is in the off position Turn your LP tank on all the way Wait 60 seconds Turn the burner to start/high (first position to the left) Hit your igniter Close the lid to preheat to 500-550°F For troubleshooting purposes, I would suggest using your grill with a 14 or 16 oz. disposable LP cylinder as well. That will let you know right away if the issue is with the grill, or with the adapter hose/LP tank. Our Care team will reach out to assist you. Thank you for being a long time Weber fan!

I purchased this grill because of the portability of it for storage in my garage and because of the positive reputation of Weber grills. It is just as described in terms of how to set it up and collapse and store it-I am very happy with this feature! It also cooks well. I did have some trouble with the automatic ignition but read the directions and tightened connections and it was resolved. I wish it had two separate areas to ignite for cooking-that is my only suggestion for improvement,.

Within 7 month grill is inoperable and regulator on back order. Talked my spouse into spending the extra money because it was a Weber - boy am I eating crow. Thanksgiving weekend was challenged because all the food had to be cooked on stove top - not fun.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
