Excellent grill for casual home use or mobile use. Grill get's up to 500 degrees in a very short period of time. Easy to open, close from storage position and lights with one click of the igniter. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is putting in the propane tank is tricky and takes a few tries. My concern is it may strip the thereads of the socket. Other than that it's an excellent grill.

So far I've had it for 6 months and I've grilled just about everything. Chicken legs, salmon, shrimp, ribeyes, burgers, sausages, vegetables, etc. I asked my grandfather, who grilled steak for 8 people on it this past Christmas, what he thought and he said "It's excellent!" It seems to be economical on gas when compared to it's size, especially after getting used to using it. I can easily cook 20 chicken legs on the grill if needed by just being sure to rotate legs to the hottest parts of the grill. Using it for 45 minutes to cook the chicken takes maybe about 1/3 of a 1 lb propane cylinder. Its built well, but as a result is a little heavy. I still manage to carry up and down the stairs alone, but it is a lot easier with 2 people. The weight is a tradeoff I was willing to make for my use case, especially since it folds up so well and has solid carrying handles. The grates and lid get locked into place when it is folded up. Cleaning grease out of it is extremely easy, which I appreciate when I'm lifting it into my car. I'm extremely satisfied with the grill.

Excellent grill for the money But I bought the wrong grill for my rv hook up and I can not get a hold of anyone at Weber to see if I can replace the regulator They make a similar grill designed for the rv gas connection

the bottom alum tray got stuck while extending leg, poor design of the tray resulted in damaged product.

The lock on the lid came broken and we have not been able to get the grill to light. Something is wrong with the ignition upon receiving the grill.

Really nice handy grill. We will be using this when camping. Only gripe is it's a bit difficult to thread the propane tank on.

I will start out by saying that I am a very detailed oriented person and I like quality products. This amazing grill had me smiling the entire time I was using it. I was looking for a good portable grill with a good size grilling surface, large enough to cook 8 to 10 burgers easily or cook 6 to 8 good size steaks. This grill can certainly do that easily, many portable grills cannot! The way the grill is designed on the inside is remarkable, you can tell they put a lot of hours into engineering this grill. It cooks the food very evenly and quickly. The best part of the grill is the way it folds down. It's so easy and once it's folded, you can fit it into just about any small suv or a small car. I spent over 30 hours looking at many grills, this by far is the best portable grill on the planet!

Fit and finish is excellent. I have not had a chance to cook on this grill yet, but did a burn in and everything works great. I bought this for RV camping. I own many other Weber grills and products and they are all great products.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
