Your feedback is very important to us. We are very sorry to hear your grill is not getting any gas. We are here to help. If you are using your grill with the adapter hose to a larger 20 lb. refill/exchange LP tank, it sounds like your grill may be in a safety mode known as “bypass." What’s happening is that the regulator thinks there’s a gas leak, so it reduces the pressure. Follow these instructions to reset the bypass safety mode. This is also the way you would want to start your grill each and every time. Open the lid Make sure the control knob is in the off position Turn your LP tank on all the way Wait 60 seconds Turn the burner to start/high (first position to the left) Hit your igniter Close the lid to preheat to 500-550°F For troubleshooting purposes, I would suggest using your grill with a 14 or 16 oz. disposable LP cylinder as well. That will let you know right away if the issue is with the grill, or with the adapter hose/LP tank. Please look for a follow up email from our Care team soon. Thank you!

While I was putting the gas tank on my new grill and trying to keep it in line with the grill stand latch I stripped the threads on the regulator. It seems to be a poor design for locking the stand in place.

Overall I really like this grill as it saves space and grills like the bigger grills. Just be careful because sometimes it becomes unsteady as the leg isn't fully locked in place

I have owned many Weber grills over the years the genesis probably my favorite but tell you what the traveler we bought just before we retired is the best grill ever for too people this grill is great

This grill works great. Heats up fast. We're full-time living in our fifth wheel traveling the western United States. It's very portable and stores great. Very well built.

While it cooks well the gas piston failed the second time I used it and pulled the upper mount out of the frame.

The grill cooks great and distributes the heat good, but the only thing I don't like is it's one burner, so you can't have a low heat on one side to keep food warm and have hi heat on other side

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
