I bought the grill awhile ago and was disappointed in the lack of heat for cooking. The customer service I have received has been outstanding! A new regulator and directions were mailed out. The grill is now working great. This was my first Weber product and will not be my last. Thank you

The grill works great, sets up and packs up in a snap, we loved it! HOWEVER,,,16.4 Oz. Lp canister is required, and not readily available in stores. 16 Oz. Lp canisters are available at most stores, but they do not fit. I would like people to know that 14.1 Oz. canister works, and is available, however, the 14.1 Oz. size is not listed in the Weber manual. Yes, I know canisters are available online. Not everyone wants to order online. Usable canisters should be available where the product is sold so you can use your item at the time of purchase. Giants won, at home, NY strip steaks and burgers were perfectly cooked, all was well, 🏈GO GIANTS!!🏈

Our new Weber Traveler Grill is obviously a quality product. We have owned many lesser quality grills that last for a few years, but then rust out and have to be replaced. This grill is easy to use and even easier to clean. We especially like the custom made cover which provides extra protection. Overall, we are very pleased with the product.

It doesn't get hot enough. I mainly purchased this grill to tailgate. I found that if I put a piece of meat on it it will eventually cook the meat. Does great with a burger but a flank steak or London broil it takes a while. I tried to use a griddle on it and it took a long time to heat and was very Uneven

We appreciate your feedback. It is surprising to learn that your Traveler grill is not getting hot enough! When set to high with the lid closed, your grill should easily reach 450F, which is plenty hot enough to grill and sear. If your grill is not getting this hot, we are here to help! If you are using an adapter hose with your grill, it is important to allow gas pressure to build inside the hose before starting the grill. Otherwise, the safety mechanism inside will signal a gas leak and reduce the gas flow. Your grill is covered by a comprehensive warranty. Please look for an email outreach from our Care team soon. Burner does not heat evenly, colder on right side. Lid latch not strong enough. Wind affects the performance. Would i recommend to someone, maybe if it was $75 cheaper.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
