I was looking for a compact grill to prepare for the hurricane season here in Florida, the Traveler met all of my desired features, including size. It folds for easy storing and is perfect for my needs. I also bought the custom cover to protect the grill. I have not used it yet, but ;look forward to my test run. I feel the grill is well worth the price. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I'm using this guy in place of my large Weber Grill regularly. May not have needed to buy the big grill if I had purchased this Traveler first!

Our first cookout wirh our Traveller received rave reviews by attendees. Traveller performed above expectations. But the cleanup wasn't spectacular. Flavorizer bars non existent, grease filled the burner bar!

I think this is a great grill. Now retired We don't need a big grill for family events any more. It puts out enough heat you can get a good seer on steaks. Easy clean up. Oped and closes nice. I'm impresses with it.

The release mechanism failed after less than 10 operations. The gas cylinder had bend in the rod that went un-noticed after assembly. This has resulted in the mounting bracket at the top rail to pull through the thin wall of the rail.

I used the grill ONCE and I'm already going to have to get a replacement. Great design and portability but based on similar reviews with issues after one use…Im convinced there is a manufactures defect which needs addressing.

The locking mechanism already broke and I am having to use a bungee cord to have it stay in place.

The Weber Traveler Portable Grill fits my needs and the fire safety code for my condo community. In the past, I have owned several Weber Genesis propane grills and been very happy with the features, support and quality of the Weber line. The Traveler works great and maintains the Weber reputation.

Great grill for cooking. Easy to use and setup. Heats up fast and cooks evenly. It seems to need cleaning more often than my larger Weber. Wish it had more table space but I'm not sure how you could do that and keep the portability. Dual burners would be nice as well, one of the competitors has them. Overall this is a good little grill that hits the mark for a small portable grill. We use it at a condo out in the driveway and it's been super easy to set up and use.

Can't use anything other than mini propane bottles....wish I could plug into bigger tanks at home and only need/use the mini bottles on the road!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
