This is the perfect grill for the occasional grilled. Nothing fancy, get the meats and veggies cooked! Easy to clean and put away/store. Gonna try grilling with a smoker box next. Love this grill on wheels!

Really nice grill, the only problem I have with it, you cant see where you screw in the canister. unless you get down on your hands and knees, A small see through panel would be nice.

After a few tries we are very satisfied with this new grill. Another good Weber product. It is easy to move around folded and unfolded. We have a 20lbs tank and I 'hang' it to the frame so we can move it around easy. it's a little lower than a regular grill but I got used to it. That's a plus if you like to sit down next to it. ;-)

Hello we recently purchased a Weber Traveller Grill here in Coronado, Panama and it worked for about a month and then it started doing the following. 1. When we lite it the flame would only stay very small so the max temperature we could get it too was 350 F. This meant it took a long time to grill anything. 2. After a short time or if we tried to adjust the flame it would go out and it would not let us re lite it until the next day. 3. I went back to the store where I purchased it and they really didn't know what to do ir think. 4. I hired a local gas service guy and when he came out to check it out he thought that the value on the propane tank was defective so I took it back to the store and convinced them to give me a new one. Guest what the first night we used it it worked fine but the next night it was back to not heating, too small a flame etc. 5 next I received a survey from the store we bought it from so I gave them a rating of 5. I then got an email from someone higher up in the stores management asking why only a 5 rating. I then told them what I have told you above and then a got a phone call from a great guy who said he was the Weber Guy fir Panama. (Carlos was his name) Carlos had me follow a procedure fir lighting it and it worked great, got hot and worked that night fine. The next day when came time for supper it wouldn't lite so I followed Carols's procedure and no go. I called Carlos and told him what happened and he was very surprised. 5. Haven't heard back from Carlos or the store just got this from you now. Sometime isn't right with your grill and you still would like help please? I did own one of your grills which was a lot like this one back in Canada but it worked fantastic all the time. We need your help please! Bill

A very good product. Plus a few misses. Temp guage is very accurate. Easy to handle. Great for cooking steaks. The lid has unlatched spilling the grates out while in a standing/storage position. The manual lock easily comes undone.

Wanted a portable bbq Weill. First time user of any propane grill. So extremely happy with this portable propane bbq grill. Quickly heats up for use, all meats that I have used came out the way I wanted it too. Cools off fast and very easy to clean. Exactly everything I ever wanted in a portable propane bbq grill. Will not go back. Wish I had purchased way long ago.

The grill puts out plenty of heat in short order. I typically connect it to a bulk propane tank (5,10, or 20 lb) which provides more consistent heat and lower fuel costs. The ability to store it vertically or horizontal while folded is very convenient. I also got the travel cover which fits very well.

The Weber traveler is a great little grill. Perfect for the beach, tailgating, or any outdoor event. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the mechanism that keeps the lid closed when you have it folded up and pulling it (similar to a dolly aka hand truck) the mechanism comes unlatched causing everything inside the grill to fall out. Weber did send me a replacement part cause I thought maybe the one I had was defective but the new locking mechanism has the same issue.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
