The Pulse 2000 grill is great! It does everything that my Weber Genesis grills did. It creates same savory flavor, but better control, easier to use (no propane tanks running out at the wrong time). It heats up quickly and independent of the chef, so I can spend more time with family. Its accurate digital temperature setting is particularly helpful over traditional grills. I like that I can monitor it from my iPhone. For a couple, a smaller family, get togethers with friends it can't be beat. It will easily cook enough for me and my children and grandkids. When a more smoky flavor is needed a wood chip smoke box accessory can provide that flavor. My only negative is the grill doesn't "snap in" or lock into the cart, so in order for you to wheel it back to the garage or storage area you must hold the grill down to the cart awkwardly so it doesn't fall off the cart. I plan on purchasing a couple of long black zip ties to fix the issue, but Weber should have caught that during their design?

Hi! Thank you for being a long time Weber fan! Congratulations on your new Pulse grill. We are so happy to hear you are enjoying all the features. We do greatly appreciate your feedback regarding moving the grill. We will be sure to pass this information along to the appropriate people. Thank you!
Works great and the temperature prob is the bomb!!
I was reluctant at first to purchase an electric grill, however, once this little beast pre-heats there's nothing it can't cook! I get amazing grill lines on beef, chicken and fish. The accompanying app also takes all the guesswork out of cooking new things as well. Highly recommend if you're in the market for one of these. Super simple setup and cleaning too. It's lived outside in the coastal Carolina humid weather and covered when not in use and so far no signs of any rusting or staining from the environment. Highly recommend the easy use of this product. Only thing left to figure out is how I can get it connected to my google/alexa smart home and then we'll really be in business!
Wonderful! Cooks to perfection. Beautiful "grill marks" from the cast-iron grate. And simple cleanup.
Can't get a good sear on beef cooks chicken very well.

Thank you for your feedback! We are surprised to hear that you are not getting a good sear when you grill beef on your Pulse. The searing process (also known as the Maillard reaction and carmelization) begins at temperatures as low as 300°F, and the effective searing range is about 300°F to 500°F. Searing at temperatures beyond 500°F can dry out food excessively fast, and usually result in disappointing, burnt food. Even though the thermometer on your grill says 500°F, the cooking grates themselves must be at least 500°F to create sear marks. Always make sure to preheat the grill with the lid closed for at least 10 minutes to get your grates nice and hot! If you have any other questions, please respond to the email we sent you and we'll be happy to help. Thanks for being a Weber fan and happy grilling!
Love the grill so far. I can't have propane or charcoal due to Condo rules. I had the Q2400 but the controller died twice. Two items on the Pulse. 1). I like that you can control each element separately BUT the temperature display does NOT work independently so you really don't know what the temperature or either element is when the dials are different. 2) The controller is loose when inserted into grill. If it's NOT all the way in it will heat the elements BUT NOT 100%. That happened once and The temp never got above 350 until I pushed it in again. Haven't used the probes yet.

Hi Frank, Congratulations on your new Weber Pulse 2000! We are glad to hear that you are loving the grill. We appreciate your feedback about the temperature display. The thermometer readout on the Pulse is similar like on our gas grills. The same way you can adjust one "burner" hotter than the other, the temperature readout is the overall grill temperature. It's the same when you adjust one heating element hotter than the other grilling zone. The LED display will read the overall temperature. We will definitely pass your feedback along to our team. The controller should not be loose. Since the controller is removed for storage, you will want to make sure to push it all the way in every time you start your grill. It sounds like that might have been the issue getting up to temp, but we will follow-up via email to ensure that you are getting the temperature results you expect. Lastly, your Pulse is equipped with Weber Connect technology, enabling you to use the meat probes included! You can see the barbecue and probe temperatures on your app-connected device! Be sure to download the Weber Connect app through your app store if you haven't already. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and keep on grilling!
Still pretty new for me, but I am liking it. It looks great. Gets plenty hot. Easy to clean. The side table is very handy, something I missed on my previous grill. I am especially happy about the dual side controls and option for multiple temp probes. The android app is a little wonky, but it does what it is designed to do. The electronics come in a nice closable container that can be handily stored on the rack underneath. Am a little unhappy that the stainless steel parts show the smudges, a lot. But, my only real complaint is that Weber was out of stock on the cover, but I found a good substitute elsewhere.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
