Weber assumes 100% responsibility for the return and refund of the SmokeFire purchased through BBQGuys. The 100 days begins from the date of purchase. Claims will be initiated through the Weber Consumer Care department. The consumer must have their receipt and register their grill upon receipt. Weber will arrange pick up from the consumer, process the refund for the BBQGuys customer, and send them a check within 4-6 weeks after receiving the grill.

Best grill I have ever owned. Ton of space to grill. Can smoke and also grill a great steak.
I have seen lots of negative comments online about the Smokefire pellet grill. I have experienced no problems. I did have a felt gasket that was damaged in shipping but one call to Weber got me a free replacement. It does operate a little differently than other pellet smokers. This difference may be most of the problems people are having adjusting to the Smokefire. Cleaning between long low and slow cooks is required. It does out perform other pellet grills when it comes to high temperature grilling. Grill marks are easy pm the Smokefire. Great grill.
Lives up to the Weber reputation! I have been contemplating a pellet smoker/grill for quite some time and have not been disappointed with the Smokefire.

It began catching fire after about 6 cooks. It was cleaned regularly and I reported the issue to the warranty department who stalled until the expiration of the money back gaurantee.

I have owned pellet grills for over 20 years. I love them. I own a Weber gas grill and a Weber kettle so I decided to buy a Weber Smokefire. I loved it. I loved to way it could do everything, smoke to sear. I have had it one year. On the 3rd of July it started huge temperature swings, 200° swings. I called customer service and they said I would get a call back. I got an email 2 days later with basically a form letter telling me to check the pellets, and make sure it was assembled correctly. I sent in pictures of all the things they told me to check, all OK, and graph of the temp swings. They would wait several days to reply and tell me other things to check that were not the problem. I finally called again and they sent me a new controller. I thought that would fix it. It didn't! It is now July 27th and I still don't have a grill. I buy pellet grills to have wonderful smoky food without the hassle. The Smokefire is a hassle and Weber customer service is a failure.
A little high tech for me but I'm learning how to cook on it.
I bought this quality branded grill to replace a different brand pellet smoker/grill. The first 3 times I used it to make the best smoked Tri-Tip ever. The clean up maintenance was very easy and overall I was so impressed. The 4th time I tried to use this grill, it started to shut down while it was heating up. I followed all the troubleshooting steps from the manual and then the display went out and after lots more troubleshooting, replacing a fuse that didn't need to be replaced, more troubleshooting with online help from Weber, it turns out that the mother board is dead. I am very disappointed that a quality brand like this would malfunction in such a colossal way after only 3 uses and loving maintenance. I'm still waiting for my replacement mother board since they are on back order.

It's a Webber. If you follow the little tricks here and there online the grill is absolutely amazing!!!!
I have really loved this grill. I am new to smoking and this grill has made it extremely easy! It is great for grilling with almost no less convenience than my previous gas grill.
Easy to use once set up. The food cooks great and evenly. There are a couple issues. My grill needed a software update out of the box. Until.complete, I could not connect to the intrrnet. Because I could not connect to wifi, the update was difficult to complete and took multiple attempts. The feed tray for the pelets needs to be steeper. I find myself having to push the pelets during my cook.it does not sere as advertised. In order to sear you have to find the hot spot. The grill itself is made of high quality materials. Overall it is good and I have used it a lot.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
