Weber assumes 100% responsibility for the return and refund of the SmokeFire purchased through BBQGuys. The 100 days begins from the date of purchase. Claims will be initiated through the Weber Consumer Care department. The consumer must have their receipt and register their grill upon receipt. Weber will arrange pick up from the consumer, process the refund for the BBQGuys customer, and send them a check within 4-6 weeks after receiving the grill.

Temperature inconsistency is an issue. Once the unit reaches the set temperature and I put in the meat for smoking, within 30-45 minutes the smoke fire unit losses temperature. Significant temperature drop, greater than 50 plus degrees.

We certainly do not expect your grill to begin losing temperature within 30-45 minutes into your cook. At the same time, it is normal for the grill temperature to change as you're opening the lid to put food in. Once the lid is closed, your grill temperature will automatically regulate. When the lid is opened, especially for extended periods of time, the outside factors such as wind can redirect the flame and heat. We want to learn more about what you are experiencing. It’s important to make sure you've downloaded the latest version of the Connect app and updated your grill to the latest software and firmware. In addition, the quality of the pellets you are using can also impact the performance of your grill. We recommend using Weber pellets for best results. Easy to use, just make sure to download the App. Maintains temp really well and would recommend periodically checking temps on the app. My temperature significantly jumped the first time i used it and had to adjust it to correct temp which is why I'm giving it 4 stars
Very fun pellet grill to use! More noticeable smoke flavor then other brands I've used. Gets hot and sears well for a pellet grill. Only thing they need to fix for the 3rd gen is a re-designed pellet hopper , and a bigger and more funneled grease drain at the bottom. Overall I'm happy with my purchase so far.

We are very happy with our Smoker Fire Ex4 gen 2 . The food smoked on it , has excellent flavor. The Smoke Fire is a perfect partner to my Genesis ll . We have no regrets buying this product , and if you are planning on buying a pellet smoker , take a serious look at it .

Can't believe how easy the grill makes smoking meat. I've been dead on maintaining set temperature. Need to figure out if I can control temp when I'm in the car.
Love my new EX4. Only issue I have is that the paint was chipped where the ash pan is at delivery. Must have been a QC miss. Other than that it's wonderful.

So far, so good. Assembly was OK. Instructions were good. All the parts were there. My advice to new users. When starting, don't close the lid until you hear the ignited pellets blowing and can feel heat starting to come from the grill. Also, always check the hopper and push the pellets down to the bottom. The sides are not very steep, and sometimes they don't always slide down like they should. My Wife and I have had six cooks so far and no problems at all. Oh, and the Weber App on the iPhone is great! Put it on your phone before you ever start the grill. On the first start-up, mine had to do an update to the firmware on the grill. Took about 25 minutes. Be patient.
Very easy to use and I have no issues everything works great. I have a Weber charcoal, gas and now pellet. Never owned anything but Weber.

Unfortunately, I had to send my 2nd gen SmokeFire back after less than 6 uses. My first two smokes went very well and smoker was very easy to use. However, after my 3rd attempt I couldn't get the smoker to ignite and was forced into shutdown. Then the glow plug went out. The next several attempts (days apart) the same issues arose to no avail. I have been a loyal Weber customer for over 25 years and can say I am disappointed for the first time using a Weber product. Still on the fence about getting a new unit or going a different direction. The smoker itself is slick, heavy duty and very well designed. Hoping mine was just a lemon and not what Weber is putting out there. I will say however, customer support was fantastic to work with in reviewing all possible options for a refund or replacement. Torn on this one given the money spent and other options out there but it is a Weber and willing to try again if they follow up with my feedback.

For the glow plug to fire properly on your SmokeFire grill, you will need to ensure that the glow plug is connected properly and that the grounding wire is touching the glow plug itself. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
