Weber assumes 100% responsibility for the return and refund of the SmokeFire purchased through BBQGuys. The 100 days begins from the date of purchase. Claims will be initiated through the Weber Consumer Care department. The consumer must have their receipt and register their grill upon receipt. Weber will arrange pick up from the consumer, process the refund for the BBQGuys customer, and send them a check within 4-6 weeks after receiving the grill.

I could not be happier with my Smokefire. In the short time I've had it I've made ribs, pork butt, brisket, beef cheeks, tritip, bacon, and smoked cream cheese (amazing). My Smokefire has worked flawlessly and I highly recommend you try it out.
Cooking is great. Very accurate. Getting the grill started is slow and cleaning the fire pot after every grill is messy and a hassle. Getting replacement parts is difficult and time consuming. Rather than sending just the glow plug, it would have been more efficient to send the whole assembly.

Proper maintenance is essential to getting the best experience from your grill, whether it's a pellet, gas, or charcoal grill. When doing longer cooks or grilling fattier cuts, we suggest using a water pan underneath the food directly above the Flavorizer bars to help catch the grease dripping and make the cleaning easier for your next cook. Regarding replacing the glow plug, we designed this part to be easy to access. There are only 4 screws that must be loosened to remove the back access panel and one additional screw at the glow plug. Bought mothers day 2021... 4 months later we have already replaced the computer, a spark plug, twice the pellets over filled and wont let it light, and put it to 600 degrees and burned the paint off... plan to file a complaint and get a refund and move on.

Grill shuts down on its own during cooking. Have to shut it down and restart it or finish cooking on something else.

Don't listen to all the naysayers this grill is awesome
so far so good. simple assembly and runs like a champ. gets hot fast and holds steady. love the smoke boost feature-makes brisket look perfect. low and slow or hot and high both great.

works well once you have it set up and dialed in. It does not have a dedicated usb port so if you dont have wifi or bluetooth it will be a problem to manage the unit since the onboard menu etc...isnt real user friendly. Also, the glow plug tends to burn up after a while and it takes out the whole glow plug assembly and the assembly is hard to find. I had to go to customer support to get one from weber.

This will also allow you to make regular updates to your grill's software and firmware. We recommend updating regularly because the updates offer new features and improvements. In response to your note about the glow plugs bracket, we would like to learn more about what you experienced and will follow-up. Access to the glow plug and shuttle is super quick with just 4 screws to get the back access door off and 1 screw to pull out the glow plug. Our Support Team will reach out to offer more tips. It takes a bit of cleaning to ensure proper operation. When it works, the results are almost unbeatable. Be prepared to give it some love and care regularly, but it's worth every extra effort.
This is my first smoker. I chose to buy a Weber because I have owned their gas grills for decades. I am a novice at smoking meats, but the Weber makes it easy. The weber will reach temperatures of 600 degrees, so grilling as well as slow smoking is possible.I am very happy with my purchase.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
