Smoker works well, no operational issues. The unit holds set temperature quite well - steady vs. the 10-15 degree swings noted for other smokers,Have noticed, however a large (30 degree) temp difference in temp (right higher than left side). My brother smokes very frequently, and was recently impressed with the SmokeFire, likes better than his Traeger.

Thank you for your feedback! We're excited to learn that you love your new SmokeFire grill. It is important to make sure your grill is fully preheated with the lid closed before adding food. After preheating, the heat will start to even out. When you open the lid, the SmokeFire engine will start running harder to keep the temperature up. When the lid is open, especially for extended periods of time, outside factors such as wind can redirect the flame and heat. It sounds simple, but please keep that lid closed for best results. Thanks again for your feedback and for being a SmokeFire fan!
Holds temperature well. Plenty of cooking space. The Wi-Fi connection makes it feel like I'm cheating. I don't have to continually check the grill.
Food tastes great with natural wood and smoked flavor. Touch and go, no hassle
Awesome. Weber worked out all the bugs from the first generation. Life long Weber fan! Have it sitting right next to my 30 year old kettle!
I have had this pellet grill for over 3 months now so I feel I can give it a proper review. I have smoked a little bit of everything with it. Pork shoulder, pork loins, ribs, whole chickens, salmon, and brisket. Everything has turned out great and this grill is very easy to use. I just set the temp and put in a probe. I monitor everything using my phone and the app is very easy to use. I recently tried smoking my first turkey for Thanksgiving and was a bit concerned as the temperatures were in the teens when I started and Weber does not sell a "Thermal blanket" as some other brands do for cold weather smoking. But the grill had no problem getting and keeping temp (I did mine at 275 degrees). So I guess a thermal blanket is not needed for a Weber as I can't imagine I would try to use it in any colder weather. I purchased the front folding shelf and recommend you add that. Very handy (just wish it would have came with it). Also for cleaning the pellet dust after use I recommend using a shop vac. Makes the job much easier.
I purchased this grill in late April 2021,and while it produces great results, I have gone thru 6 glow plugs, a fan, a thermocouple and a control panel.Upon replacing the thermocouple I notice the screw /pin that secures the auger to the motor is sheared. This grill will not make it through the warranty period. POOR build quality look elsewhere for a pellet grill

Thank you for being a long time Weber fan! We greatly appreciate your feedback regarding the Smokefire EX4 grill. This is an unusual occurrence and not the quality we would expect from our products. The glow plug should last around 100 cooks. Our team would advise to be sure the glow plug is properly connected to the adapter. Regarding the fan and thermocouple we are happy to hear one of our reps has sent new parts to get you back up and running. Keep in mind Weber will always stand behind its products. Our team has reached out via email to assist you with the auger hardware. Thank you!
How often on an afternoon clear while enjoying a refreshing beer, Have I fired up my SmokeFire grill to make some brisket or ribs quite dear. It's very easy to get it going with the monitored temps so easily showing, I know how the ribs are getting done even as the beer gets be quite glowing . It's cleanup is easy and quickly accomplished with a quick brush here and a drip pan replaced, I on the other hand become quite a mess with slaw and sauce all over my face. I've tried other smokers in my quest to make the best BBQ but they always flopped, I know Weber quality and without a doubt, my SmokeFire's the absolute tops.
Relatively easy to operate. Very user friendly, Weber app makes it easy to keep track of your temperature and progress of your food.
My first time using was to smoke a turkey as a trial run for smoking another one at Thanksgiving. It looked beautiful but the skin was not crispy at all, and I guess I overcooked it because parts of were drying. The overcooking was my problem because I had one of the thermometers touching a bone so it was not reading correctly. But I do not know how to make the skin crispy. Maybe its just now something that happens when you smoke?

Thank you for your feedback! We are happy to hear that you had beautiful results with your first experience smoking a turkey on your SmokeFire. We're sorry to hear that your probe was touching the bone but we're glad to know that you're going to give it another try! Our recommendation for crispy skin is basting the bird with melted butter. We're sending you an email follow-up now with more information. Thanks again for your feedback and for being a Weber fan!
Ash blows all over food. I have done many cooks on smokeFire with fatty meats and there has been no improvement on the fly around ash. I like everything else about the grill. I can't get passed the ash issue.

Thank you for being a Weber fan! We greatly appreciate your feedback on the Smokefire EX4 grill. We designed Smoke Fire to direct ash (and grease) downward, avoiding food as much as possible. Wood naturally produces ash while burning, so there is a possibility with any pellet grill that some ash is found inside of and below, the cookbox. Weber engineers took great measures to uniquely design a pellet grill that directs ash down and into an enclosed system so that very little ash should ever reach the cooking grate area. You'll notice more than usual the first time your grill is used, and that is okay. We recommend cleaning the burn pot and cookbox push the ash into the ash and grease drawer with the provided Weber scraper. See your owner's manual for more details. Please keep in mind the grill is designed for Weber all natural pellets for optimal performance. As always please let us know if you have any further questions. Our team has reached out via email to discuss this further. Thank you!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
