Weber assumes 100% responsibility for the return and refund of the SmokeFire purchased through BBQGuys. The 100 days begins from the date of purchase. Claims will be initiated through the Weber Consumer Care department. The consumer must have their receipt and register their grill upon receipt. Weber will arrange pick up from the consumer, process the refund for the BBQGuys customer, and send them a check within 4-6 weeks after receiving the grill.

The Smoke Fire EX4 (2nd Gen) cooks great, cleans up a little easier than most others. I give 3 stars because on many occasions it still heats up to the temp and then drops to les than double the set temp. The app helps with this but it's delayed. The best thing about this pellet smoker is the protein tasted great when the temp stays where it sets. Wish I could give 5 stars.

Wonderful machine, makes smoking super easy. The app needs work. Convoluted and not smooth to operate. I still don't know how to start and adjust the temps using the app.

4 stars only because I've not fired it up yet. Assembly went smooth and seems to reek of quality. I trust Weber has corrected the problems with the first generation SmokeFire grills. Time will tell as I'm just waiting for milder weather to get smoking.

Had some issues at first but I believe I've worked the bugs out of it. Been using Weber products (kettles and gas grills) for 40 years and have had exceptional quality and service life on all of them. This one gave me some fits the second and third run and would not stay lit. I re-assembled the unit as it appeared that a couple of items may have shifted in transit (it was delivered assembled). Since then, its been fine. Not nearly as simple as a traditional kettle but it is easier to maintain a steady temperature especially on a cold and windy Oregon winter night.

I'm giving it 3 stars because of the how good customer service has been. I have had nothing but trouble with this grill after I got it. If I were just rating the grill I would have given it 1-2 at best. The grill is well built and produces excellent meat, but I couldn't keep it running. Webber has been committed to getting it right and have sent me a new controller, power supply, igniter, ect. Last time I used it seemed to be working well now, but still need to do an extended smoke to be sure.

Long time gas Weber grill fan along with some charcoal and electric smoker history. Grill controls are questionable and recommend manual operation only. I've made some excellent meals on it and saved others with backup grills or ovens. I'm not sold on these pellet grills in general. Pellet cost is excessive..

Maintenance and pellet quality are key to your grill's performance. A couple of keys to remember: 1. Use fresh Weber pellets for best results. 2. Do not use old, wet, or degraded fuel as dust can cause clogs. 3. Purge hopper completely when not in use for two or more weeks. 4. been a weber fan for over 40+ years , but not happy with SmokeFire it keeps loosing temp & shutting down when grilling

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
