Weber assumes 100% responsibility for the return and refund of the SmokeFire purchased through BBQGuys. The 100 days begins from the date of purchase. Claims will be initiated through the Weber Consumer Care department. The consumer must have their receipt and register their grill upon receipt. Weber will arrange pick up from the consumer, process the refund for the BBQGuys customer, and send them a check within 4-6 weeks after receiving the grill.

A beautifully engineered machine that is very easy to use and control. Everything we've smoked has come out with professional pit master quality! The grill also gets nice and hot so it's much more than just a smoker. Love it!
I am a die hard Weber fan but the smoke fire is a hunk of crap. Yes it does get very hot for a pellet grill but don't waste your money on it. I've had it less than a year and it constantly breaks down. Pellets get stuck (yes I'm using Weber pellets), the grill can't maintain temperature at high temps, one side will char meat and the other will barely brown. I've had to replace the circuit board once and as I'm writing this I'm probably going to have to replace it again because the grill won't even turn on. I turned it on to warm up and like many times before the glow plug isn't working so I shut it down. After going through the 15 minutes of terror waiting for the shutdown I turned it off. Went to turn it back on and nothing. Bricked. Weber makes great charcoal and gas grills but this thing is so bad if I were Weber I'd be embarrassed. Stay away!

I purchased this smoker on June 18th , The grill has not been delivered . The company handling the delivery has been difficult to deal with, some of them simply rude beyond belief, and keeps changing the delivery date . I am ready to return the grill if it is not delivered by the end of next week. Your competitors offer free delivery and assembly of smokers.
Glow plug, glow plug harness, and now the fan have malfunctioned in the first 6 months of ownership and have used it less than 10 times.

We stored the temperature probes in the drawer, where we were told to keep them and had a grease fire down there on our 2nd use and melted them. doesn't feed very well all the time either.

You have to clean it after each use no matter what temp you cook at . Or it will not work and you might get a fire,
I have had a lot issues with my Smoke fire, I have had to replace the Glow Plug 4 times, The grill shuts down for no reason, The auger feed motor failed, In the middle of Cooking the Grill shuts down.

The glow plug / ignitor for my Smokefire has stopped working less than a year after purchasing. At most I have used the grill 15 times during this period. I would expect the part to last way longer than this and according to Weber's information, it is supposed to last for at least 50 cooking sessions.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
