Weber assumes 100% responsibility for the return and refund of the SmokeFire purchased through BBQGuys. The 100 days begins from the date of purchase. Claims will be initiated through the Weber Consumer Care department. The consumer must have their receipt and register their grill upon receipt. Weber will arrange pick up from the consumer, process the refund for the BBQGuys customer, and send them a check within 4-6 weeks after receiving the grill.

STAY AWAY! I've historically loved Weber grill so I was super excited that I could have Weber and pellet. But this is the absolute worst product I have ever owned period. Worked fine for the first couple weeks and then the augur stopped working. Ruining one dinner. Shipping a new augur took 2 months, without a grill. The instructions for the next augur were oddly incorrect but I was able to get the piece to work. Seemed ok for a grill or two but then just started consistently losing temperature, and ruining meals as I had hungry mouths and I watched the temp drop desperately heating the oven and trying to save the meal. In the mean time the actual grill is literally falling apart from corrosion less then a year old. To get additional support I had to disassemble the grill, nearly completely and then get a new "thermocoupler" we will see if that helps but took 3 different tools to disassemble the whole thing and re install a small thermometer… now we will see again but I'm told it's expected for me to pull the augur out every 2 weeks… if that was really the design of the product it wouldn't take 6 screws to do this and weak electrical link that is going to break. Terrible product, might try to sell it use and cut my losses but I don't want to extend this curse on anyone else. Stick to what you know Weber.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to learn that you are disappointed with your SmokeFire grill. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we are here to help! We see that one of our reps is sending out new flavor bar brackets and the thermocouple. Maintenance is key with the SmokeFire models. That starts with doing a complete shutdown after each use. Doing the shutdown and cleaning before each use will set your grill up for success. After longer low and slow cooks, it is recommended that a more thorough cleaning be done. Also, the owner's guide mentions using a drip/water pan in your cookbox for longer cooks as well. To expand on that, our 6416 Summit drip pans fit perfectly between the cooking grates and Flavorizer bars. Please look for an email from our Care team soon. Thank you!

Biggest piece of junk I have ever seen. Ask yourself why they have a 100 day money back guarantee and then move on. Thanks Weber for ruining my Thanksgiving Turkey. Complete junk

Out of the many grills i have owed this is the best all around grill i have had it will make a professional smoke ring on a brisket or seer a stake to perfection...i would like to see a bigger hopper because it does use more pellets then my last smoker
Makes grilling and smoking food easy. Only reason I gave four star is I have not had it long enough to know how dependable it will be and it should come with the front folding shelf. That shelf is so handy.
This pellet grill is AWESOME. Starts in 3 minutes and up to temp in about 8. When you open to check the meat, it gets back up to set temp in about a minute or 2 after you close the lid. Half a turkey breast was moist and tender. App on the iphone works great for monitoring. It is truly set it and forget it. Had a missing part with my floor model and Weber got it out to me right away. GREAT SERVICE TOO! I LOVE my pellet grill/smoker.
SmokeFire EX4 (2nd Gen) Wood Fired Pellet GrillSo far has been excellent. Customer service was excellent when the side tray was bent upon arrival. I called and a replacement was sent to correct the issue. I have only used about 5 times and everything was perfect except some ribs I tried to cook. Cooked a little to hot at the recommended temp and time. Will adjust based on the experienced. The chicken, roast and pork loin turned out perfect. Quality built product, looking forward to more cooking.
I would have given the highest rating if the pellet hopper cover would open all the way over and rest against the hopper back side so it could be filled from the rear. Makes juicy burgers.
I am a professional chef and sounded good. Worst purchase ever I just called to tell them Take it back

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
