Weber assumes 100% responsibility for the return and refund of the SmokeFire purchased through BBQGuys. The 100 days begins from the date of purchase. Claims will be initiated through the Weber Consumer Care department. The consumer must have their receipt and register their grill upon receipt. Weber will arrange pick up from the consumer, process the refund for the BBQGuys customer, and send them a check within 4-6 weeks after receiving the grill.

So far I am really enjoying this smoker. It is easy to use, maintains temp well, and generates a moderate amount of smoke. Also I like that it will get up to 600 degrees so it can be used as a grill too
Love the phone app for grill controllability and also alerts. Attractive exterior with Weber styling was a big factor as well. Bottom line is I'm very impressed with wood and smoke flavor that imparts on any food. EX4 is great size for family of four and still allows me to put 6 racks of ribs and 70 wings using both levels. Nice Job Weber!!

I bought this grill in September 2021 and have had great success with it at times. However, the auger gets clogged and the grill drops temperature eventually shutting down. Multiple calls to Weber resulted in their contention that I am using pellets that are too large. I sent them photos and their customer service representative claimed my grill grease traps were clogged, which was not true. They also advised that I should remove auger monthly and wipe it down, a good half hour of work and ach time. As I said, when it works it is great, but way too much drama.
Excellent grill all the way around. Right from delivery, follow the instructions on the box, some of the packaging is used to make the assembly easier. I purchased the smaller EX4 and added the front SS Shelf, this is a must have in my opinion and should simply be included. The EX4 is the perfect size for smaller number of mouths to feed and fits a larger brisket just perfectly. One issue for me is the finger guard in the pellet hopper, it is noted in the customer forums of being an issue of preventing pellet flow, something I experienced on my first cook. I have also been using this grill in some of the cold temperatures here in Canada - I cook on the grill year round - and I found the grill to be impressively efficient on fuel and temperature regulation. I didn't go shopping for a new pellet grill/smoker thinking I'd be buying a Weber, so glad that I made that choice and excited to FIRE it up each time!
Once again, last night, the temperature went out of control rising to 600+ degrees. My experiences with Smoke Fire have all been disappointing and I would not recommend your product to anyone. You should be making things in the USA again where you could maintain quality control. My next grill will NOT be a Weber after some 45 years of using.

I love this SF pellet grill. The ease and the flavor it produces is wonderful. Great customer service and community!

This is my first pellet smoker/grill, and I love it! It heats up quick, delivers smoke, and the meat stays nice and moist. Easy clean-up, especially if you put a drip pan to catch the juice. The app and temp sensors work great, and adjustments from your phone are super easy. I didn't know what to expect, but I most certainly am not disappointed! I've smoked veggies, beef, chicken, and pork, and it's all come out great. I've used gas, wood, and charcoal grills, and this is a combo of all of the great features of all of them.
The wifi is a great feature, it will notify you every 30 minutes that the temp has dropped well below the setting. The grill does setting great except feed the pellets. I have the gen 2 and this problem was allegedly addressed but it is still a major problem. I have to go outside and stir the pellets above the feed chute. It's certainly not convenient and I would not recommend this grill until they truly address the problem!

The new Smokefire helped me replace a charcoal grill, electric smoker and pizza oven to clear space on deck. The smoker worked great and easy transition from charcoal. First attempt at St Louis Ribs worked out great!

Thank you for your feedback regarding the SmokeFire EX4. We are so sorry to hear your grill is not producing even heat. We are happy to help provide some suggestions. It is important to make sure your grill is fully preheated with the lid closed before adding food. After preheating, the heat will start to even out. When you open the lid, the Smoke Fire engine will start running harder to keep the temperature up. When the lid is open, especially for extended periods of time, outside factors such as wind can redirect the flame and heat. It sounds simple, but keep that lid closed for best results. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
