Grill works great, but electronics don't work. Waiting for Weber to send new wires but supply chain has delayed me fixing it. I have had the Grill since April.

We downsized from a large Weber to the Spirit and love it. Still get great intense heat and love the Smart thermometer!

There are just two of us at home, so we do not need a huge grill with tons of bells and whistles, but this was worth paying a little extra for. We used to have a 2-burner Spirit propane grill and really liked it. After 8 years it was still going strong, but I really wanted a natural gas grill for our new house with a NG outlet on the patio. Sooo glad I got this Spirit SX-315 NG Smart Grill ! Assembly took a little longer than advertised in the manual, mainly due to the fact that I had to look really hard to find a part I was convinced was missing. But I eventually found it, and everything went together without a hitch. The grill is terrific. It seems to cook evenly, although I have not tried to use the entire cooking surface at once, nor do I expect I ever will. Love the smart grill feature!

This grill is head and shoulders above my old 15 year old grill. It was fairly simple to assemble. I love the porcelain enameled grates. I love the way the middle burner and right hand burner ignite from the left hand burner. I have grilled tenderloin steaks and hamburgers so far and no flare ups and they came out perfect. I also like the feature of being able to monitor the temperature with my iPhone. Very pleased so far.

I have owned GENESIS Weber grills for 40 years and never had this problem before. However I bought this lower cost Spirit 315 grill because It had to fit in a smaller space in my new home. After only 4 uses of this grill the outer lid became permanently burnished and mottled after putting it on high to burn off the charred food as described in the manual. When I called the Weber Warrantee help line they would not stand by their product and told me they would not repair it, that I would have to live with a now ugly damaged grill. I would like to alert others that the quality of the stainless steel in my lid is of poor quality and must be substandard. This is not of the quality of the "Genesis line" Buyer beware.

The smart feature is better than I anticipated. The app is key. It allows you to monitor the internal temperature of the grill and two temperature probes simultaneously. While it seems simplistic, it really does enhance the grilling results.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
